I asked for a quote on a front end alignment. Kevin said $60-$65…read more I said OK and left for about 40 min. Wĥen I got back they were working on the REAR wheels!!! Then when they started looking at the front, they discovered that they did not know how to align my make and model car. I checked on the internet and found the answer in less than 5 minutes. I received nothing and he charged me $130. Dont go there!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I sent my NEW Range Rover to Gene's Auto, Nashville, IL May…read more12. A Turkey Buzzard broke my windshield. My insurance company, Country Co. filed the claim the same day. I received the check in the mail for $5,340.49 (Yes, that's for a windshield). I also have a $250 deductible. Immediately, we were told by Kevin, the owner of Gene's Auto, he ordered the materials and it would be complete within a week. Meanwhile.......2 months later , after lies, notifications on my phone that my hood, doors and trunk were open during ALL of the 2 months, we FINALLY were able to pick up my vehicle, after threats of legal action. I opened the drivers door and immediately noticed paint or glue all over the seat. Meanwhile, my husband took a check inside to Kevin for $250 (deductible), showed him the insurance check and said if all the safety features were calibrated, as promised, he would be back to bring him the check. Immediately, Kevin started pounding his hands on the table and saying to return the vehicle or he was calling the police. He told my husband, "If you wanna play games, we'll play games!" Meanwhile, I called my husband and said none of the calibrated safety features work and there's paint/glue all over the interior. I sent him, the ins agent and adjuster pics. When the police came, they told Kevin it was a civil matter, as we already knew. We called Range Rover in Creve Coeur, MO where we bought it, less than 6 months ago. We took it in Monday, July 3rd. They gave me a loaner until mine was ready for pick up July 8. During that time, they addressed the issue of low coolant level,, no max AC working, windshield calibration, safety lane recognition and the interior with paint/glue. My warranty covered EVERYTHING except the reconditioning of the interior to remove paint/glue. I am attaching pics from my phone of the glue/paint. This vehicle hadn't even had its 1st oil change. I would NEVER entrust ANYTHING into GENES in NASHVILLE ILLINOIS!!!!!! Also.....I guess they didn't realize my vehicle records ALL journeys. I hope they enjoyed driving it, as well.
