The Rivian needed a new hood given all the damaged. However, it is very challenging to get parts to say the least. Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Not sure what the final cost was but given a traditional repairs with parts and paint I know this was a better and faster repair and that is the best value in my opinion.

They did get me right in which was nice but they charged me almost $600 for a replacement for one side to be replaced. I thought it seemed high but I was in a pinch and had to be to work that night. I went to get the other side done when I got home and found out that it was barely $200 to replace the other side. The parts price they charged alone was over double what it costs for a full set of wheel bearings at any parts store. They took advantage of me being from out of town and I don't appreciate it. Especially when I didn't have the extra money anyways. Shady business practices. I would keep on driving if your in need of repairs.
