He was able to come out the next morning and quickly identified the issue. He gave us two options to fix the problem and admitted the less expensive option would work just fine. He quickly dealt with the first issue and didn't mind when we asked if he could also change out a couple kitchen outlets so they met GFI standards. Also, I never took the dog door kit out of the box from the company I ordered it from. That was my bad, because I had a long discussion with the representative when purchasing it. It was about the height I needed to order. She insisted I needed a larger one from the the measurements of my largest dog, than what I was planning to order. It turned out to be much larger than I needed/wanted. It took Michael some creative cutting off of trim on the outside wall to make look okay, along with moving things within the wall that were in the way when cutting through. As soon as we called Bryant at Sea Starr our problems were over. He answered the call himself and came promptly the next morning. It turns out that we couldn't have fixed it ourselves, because the refrigerant in the outside had leaked and had to be topped up. He also replaced a small Cadet wall heater that had died.
