Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

We were assisted by David, who was really great with his recommendations. They no longer have all the inventory out in the store so you basically select the shoe or shoes that you're interested in and go to the kiosk, which is on the extreme left side of the shoe area. This store also has a wide variety of everything sporting goods, beach and camping gear, and beach a sporting apparel (and at decent prices). Oh, and by the way, the AC was a tremendous relief to the FL heat wave thanks to DSG's!!!

He asked if I wanted my receipt which I appreciated since not all places do that. Location of the store is not the best as it is tucked back in the Milennia plaza where there is a lot of traffic. But its a good place to shop if you know exactly what you need and don't mind paying higher prices.

You can take a mat into one of their large fitting rooms and test your poses to see which one is most functional for you! I liked the vibe in the store- a young fitness vibe, and very welcoming towards all levels beginner and expert alike. I kept them (with no receipt) to take them back. Well, every time we would head to Disney, I would forget to take them with me. On our last trip to Disney last week, I finally remember to bring them along. We came into the store with them to find out they no longer make that particular kind. Bummer. One of the employees, Sydney, noticed me using sign language to speak to my husband and he was interpreting for me. She immediately came over, introduced herself in sign language, and began assisting me. She is quite fluent in ASL and I was very impressed! It was SO amazing to not have to use my husband as an interpreter for a change! She is also a complete sweetheart and went above and beyond! Sydney told me I could exchange the flip flops for anything else in the store and either pay the difference or get money back if the item was less. Again, I had no receipt and it had been two years since I purchased these flip flops. I wear a lot of ball caps in the summertime to keep the sun off my face. Living in Florida and being allergic to the sun is no beuno! Sydney noticed my ball cap and asked if I'd be interested in one... yes, please! I found a gorgeous coral pink UA ball cap for about the same price as the flip flops. We had to pay a whopping $.53 cent difference! As we were checking out, I signed to my husband that my mouth was extremely dry and I needed to get a drink quickly. Since Sydney knows ASL, she caught what I said and she immediately asked another employee to go in the back and grab me a bottle of water. I'm telling you... above and beyond!! My hubby wears A LOT of UA clothing, Most of it we purchase from Dick's here in Jacksonville since we don't have an UA store. In the future, we'll be purchasing all his UA from this store at Disney Springs! Not only do they have a HUGE selection, but you just can't beat the customer service here. ALL of the employees are friendly and go above and beyond. I just happened to get lucky and find an employee who is fluent in ASL on this visit. I wanted to get one but I already have too many coats. Otherwise I felt like the prices especially in the clearance section seemed reasonable like maybe $50 (clearance) or so for a nice coat. They also had some sling packs, packable backpacks and duffels, etc. I got this cute sweater for $16. The XS in women's fit pretty well so I would consider getting other clothes here.

I went to another shoe store that I won't name and ended up speaking 4x times the price for almost the same exact boots. They have a new selection on Thursdays of pretty much the whole store. The prices are more than reasonable and you can get 2 or even 3 pairs for what you would spend in other stores. The store also carries handbags. They usually have a special going on that is buy 2 get one free. Great for sandals. For a long time I could not wear any but flats after breaking my ankle and this place came in handy. Extremely comfortable. The workmanship is great. Worth the price. The store is set up in aisle form with sale items along the windows. Lots of benches to sit and try the shoes on. It is located in a strip mall with an Office max, Walmart neighborhood store and a dollar tree.

If you believe you could do this on a regular basis, they have membership packages to suit your needs starting at $100 for 6 sessions all the way up to $1, 346.40 for a full year's worth. And if you and 19 of your friends want to go in on this together, it's $400/hour unless you go Monday through Saturday between 10am-12pm and 7pm-9pm when the prices drops to $300/hour.

Found a half zip fleece for the hubs for eight dollars on final mark down and a long sleeve thermal tee for the nephew for nine dollars. There is a single queue line for all guests at checkout.
