After traveling to many new balance factory stores- we finally found the one where you can actually have customer services. Shout out to Darius and Ádralo for really taking the time to hear out our questions, giving solid suggestions, working hard to find the right pair and size for him. I know it can be harder when you are looking for "Wide" shoes. They were friendly the whole time and were able to help with an online promotion in order for us to receive the exact colors and styles we wanted. The store itself is also clean and organized. And they were more familiar with sale information and online promotions together. read more

If you know your new balance shoes, this is a really good place to come. Prices are cheaper and they have good sales. There is a good variety of styles and sizes, which I've found as being rather unique for an outlet store. I've got a wide foot, and was able to find at least 5 different styles in my size. Only one I actually liked though. The sales reps are very nice, and will help you find what you're looking for. Also, if you walk in having forgotten socks, they'll lend you a clean pair to try on shoes with. Very nice! What is a bit of a downer, its a very crowded mall, so getting a parking spot and making it in can be a bit harrowing. But if you're used to shopping outlet malls, you'll be fine. If you're just running in and out, park on the back side of the mall. read more

THIS IS THE SHOE PLACE! We've been to the premium outlets and a lot of other outlet stores the last two days. This has been our best experience, far and away! A large selection, true outlet prices and a large array of sizes. Clearance items and sale items... I was really impressed. And beyond that, we had really good service, especially from a young man named Kevin. I wear a size 14 and when they didn't have one of the shoes in my size, he went and looked it up, offered to have it delivered and all at the clearance price. read more

I had an idea of what I was looking for (specific models for an overweight, beginning runner) and I was able to find exactly what i was looking for albeit in colors I didn't like. Eventually I found a style and size that was the next version up from what I originally came for. Don't be afraid to shop for serious shoes here. There are plenty to be had and of course the usual suspects of stylish shoes with weird colors that outlets seem to have piped in are here in plentiful supply. The sales reps were nice and made it easy to use a coupon I found after I left the store (same day). Look for the outlet mall's shopping guide around the food court/rest rooms and maybe you will find a 15% off coupon like I did. DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE LARGE NEW BALANCE LOGO ON THE FRONT FACADE OF THE MALL NEXT TO THE PARKING LOT!!! The NB outlet is waaaaayyyyy in the back left side if you are in the main parking lot, not off to the front/right side where the deceptive facade is. I thought it would be ok to park off to the right side/back of the building since we were "close" and I got rewarded by hauling a sick little 7 y/o girl all the way back to the car from the polar opposite end of the mall. I couldn't have been further away. All that said, the store is clean, lots of choices, sizes and nice workers. T-Shirts and accessories are really cheap and I plan on going back now that I know where to go. read more

I have a personal attachment to New Balance shoes as they are one of the few shoe companies that have wide sizes readily available. That being said, this place is awesome. I can almost guarantee that each time I stop in there to find a pair of shoes, will find my size, in a wide width, and be happy with the choices available. Pricing here is also great, with many options under $50. Honestly, the only issue with the place is that you have to venture into tourist central to get to it. This is my go to shoe store, and if you like New Balance shoes, I can't recommend a better place to find them at a discount. read more

Parking at this outlet store mall is a nightmare. Don't let that get you down though, just find your spot and check the map (at each intersection) for where this store is located. Once there, you'll find the most helpful, knowledgeable staff in any store not on commission. When I first arrived, I told Pamela what I was looking for in a shoe (I think my words were "What kind of shoes will let a fat man stand on his feet for hours in Magic Kingdom"), she chuckled and took me directly to a pair. Having glanced at my feet one time, hearing what I wanted, and letting me try one multiple other shoes, I settled on the shoes she handed me first (she did miss my shoe size by 1/2 size, but we corrected for that immediately). The prices beat even Amazon's prices by 10-20%. I went in just to try them on first, but I'll return to this store when it is time to buy shoes again. read more

This store is great! It has a huge selection of shoes and apparel and I had a hard time choosing. The staff is extremely helpful and I was asked at least 7 times by different employees if they could help me. My wife and I purchased a couple pairs of shoes, shirts, and shorts. Vasile shared his extensive first-hand knowledge of the various kinds of foam cushioning currently available in my size and shoe last as well as recommending a specific model for me. Came in to the store earlier today and was greeted 3 times before I even got past the register. Workers had a great and cheerful disposition and were eager to let me know about the big sales going on. Went to the area to look for the two styles of shoes I had been researching online and sadly was having trouble finding my size. After about 5 minutes I had the pleasure of meeting one of New Balance's finest employees. His name is Tyrone although he prefers to be called Ty, go see this man when you come in. He knows the product inside and out and has a great personality that makes him very easy to talk to. Even though the original two styles were out in my size he was able to take my footwear needs and translate that into finding a comparable if not better product and luckily for me it was on sale for 20 dollars less. Thanks to Tyrone I not only got a great pair of running shoes, I saved 20 dollars which allowed me to purchase other items to help keep my shoes in top condition. I will gladly drive the extra miles just for this level of service. read more
