If you weigh more than 250lbs don't waste your time. They will fat shame you and humiliate you and won't give out refunds. I had the absolute worst experience here August 13. They wouldn't give me a refund so I had to take it up with my bank. Schlitterbahn is the better choice though none in okc. They know how to treat their guests. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The managers are unprofessional and they don't have enough staff to actually care for the amount of people. The employees are trying to make the best of the situation, but their managers are breathing down their necks. I wouldn't recommend if you wanted your children to actually be safe concerning the first aid closes even if you sustain an injury. And managers don't seem to care for the safety of the people. The water is disgusting and the parking is overpriced. And you are more likely to get sick than actually have a good time. read more

Drove from Tulsa area looking for a change of scenery from safari joes. Needless to say, we regretted it. For $230 for a family of 5 - I was expecting a lot more. Plus the $20 parking fee and the $15 locker fee. The carpeted area smelled like dirty diapers! This is what hits you right as you walk in to the park. Everything was old & outdated. I was genuinely worried about some of the wooden structures & walking bridges on rides. Wave pool barely had waves / not sure if it was broken or what but we were very disappointed. Lots of debris floating with you in each of the pools. Overall, a complete let down for us. I had some disappointed kiddos to say the least. read more

It's was super crowded and overpriced. Parking alone was $20 and to rent a locker cost $15. The food/drink line was so long, it's so not worth the wait. It just cost so much and we have to get out of the pool at least 5 different times for a mandatory break. I spent a total $130 just to be there for 2 hours. That didn't include hotel expenses. Worst six flags park ever! Today was sickening. The entire complex is filthy, smelly, and unwelcoming. My family had such a bad experience we will contact the corporate offices. Park staff is disrespectful and severely lacking in customer service. A sudden 'power failure' caused all power to shut down. Park staff sent all visitors to pools for an hour then closed down the park. I asked for a refund but was told 'only rain-checks' with a receipt. We left our receipt in our locker - accidentally and were told by a girl at the front that we couldn't go back to retrieve it - whilst being shoved and pushed by angry visitors leaving the park. A massive fight ensues whilst leaving between a very large group of teenagers. My daughter was hit in this altercation by a violent teen. I will never be back to park that makes my family feel unsafe. Six flags you should be ashamed. read more

Got me the season pass of course because it's really a fair deal and it's worth every penny. I've been taking my kids here for the past 5 years and we really enjoy playing here every summer. We have been going for years. Always season passes. This year they sectioned off a whole section of chairs for 'diamond' members and cabanas you can rent for 2 people. Most of those stay empty and it leaves less places for regular people season pass holders. Just a way to generate more money. On a Sunday at 11 am there should be plenty of places to sit but its not with the special sections. The lazy river was filthy today. read more

We love White Water Bay! We have memberships to White Water Bay and Frontier City and love them. Our group typically consists of us (the grandparents), 1-2 adult kids and 2-3 grandkids so we cover the age range pretty well. Pros: Water is clean. Crowd control and security is good. Wait time on the ride lines is decent, even when the park is busy. Plenty of parking (but you pay for it if you don't have a membership). Nice variety of things for all ages to do.. full range of slides from young child to thrill rides (this old grandmas favorite ride is the pipeline wave its awesome!). The castaway river (lazy river to those from the area) is nice and relaxing. Tons of play areas for those too young for the slides or not feeling adventurous. Food is expensive if you don't buy meal passes (we do) but good. Ive yet to get any that was bad. Park and ride attendants have all been polite so far. Cons: Yep.. there always are some aren't there. The big bathroom up front is great but the smaller bathrooms by the big slides and the kids play area have several inches of standing water on the floors. I know I know its a waterpark.. but that much standing water isn't ok. Obviously its not draining well. The bathrooms also need toilet paper refilled more often.. id give a C there.. but its better than it was before six flags took over for sure! Food lines move soo slowly. Either more workers are needed or train them to work more quickly. I'm from a fast food management background and having 40 people waiting on orders, and probably half of them waiting on nachos, while one worker is standing there watching fries fry instead of making nacho orders while they fry is really bad training. Not enough tubes by the slide rides is always a problem. I suspect its a way to get people to rent their own tubes so as to not have to wait on tubes. Tips: Go early! Chairs in the shade go *fast*.. esp loungers.. plus you can ride while the lines are shortest and you'll park closer. If you plan to go more than a couple times a year.. get a membership and a food pass. They pay for themselves money wise, time wise and have some great perks. Expect a LOT of people... its a water park! Some of them will be rude.. its a water park! Lots of them are nice though. The kids always make a friend or two to hang out. Over all Id give White Water Bay an A- .. room for improvement but a great place to take the kids to have fun and enjoy the summer! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this park. 1. Way over priced. $20 for parking?! For my car to sit in a dirt lot? I'm sorry, what's the justification for that price? 2. Admission price is absolutely ridiculous. $39.99 for general admission that doesn't even include so much as a tube for the day. That's an extra $8. Lockers-$15, a bottle of water-$3. 3. Coolers and outside food are not allowed and if you want to bring a cooler, yeah an extra fee of $5 for it to sit in a designated area. The LEAST you all could allow families to do is bring water. WATER! With as hot as it is out and the outrageous up-charge for a bottle of water, it would be nice to be able to bring my own water and not break the bank for that. I had two small children with me today and ordered a pretzel, 2 corn dogs with fries and a bottle of water for us to share and it was $30!! How is an average family supposed to enjoy a day out at the water park when in the end, it turns out to be a $200-$300/day?! 4. We tried to wait in line for the Big Kahuna slide and waited 55 minutes because apparently they give the life guards 15 minute breaks and shut the whole ride down. So people are just waiting in the hot sun baking. If I'm paying this amount of money to be here, staffing should never be an issue to the point where you all have to "break" the life guards. Swap them out! Infuriating! Take some pointers from water parks like Water World in Colorado and Schlitterbahn in Texas. This place is the biggest rip off in the state. We have lots of family from out of town come in and will not be taking them back here. It's sad because it really could be an enjoyable place to cool off and keep the kids busy in the hot Oklahoma summers. My kids had a great time here, yet it was dirty and the staff was rude. All together, even buying tickets online at the "online price" I spent $150 for myself and my 2 kids that are ages 2 and 6. Local aquatic parks in the smaller cities are so much more affordable and will definitely be sticking to those. How disappointing! read more

White Water Bay used to be our favorite family summer spot....until Six Flags bought it. Six Flags has taken a fun, affordable venue and turned it into a pocket drainer. We have been buying the double park (White Water & Frontier City) Season Passes for 8 years and really enjoyed them. But so much has changed, so this will be our last year for season passes. Here is how Six Flags has ruined White Water and Frontier City. #1 - They no longer allow you to bring in food for your family unless you have a food allergy or food sensitivity. Really?! They are trying to force you to buy and eat the horribly unhealthy, greasy, fattening, fried food that they have there. It's disgusting. My family doesn't eat that junk. Do they really think they aren't making enough money from admission to the parks, that they have to force visitors to buy their horrible food??? #2 - The locker pass has gone up from $30 for the season to $69 for the season! As a season pass holder, a locker should be included in the the season pass or deeply discounted. #3 - Six Flags false advertises. We bought our passes in December, just like we do every year, due to the "get a friend in free" that is promised to be loaded onto each season pass. We have always received this benefit as promised...until this year... and guess what?! No one at the Six Flags Corporate office will call me back. I called White Water about the problem, they told me to call Frontier City, who told me to call Six Flags Support line, who told me to call Frontier City, who told me to call Six Flags Corporate Office, who will not return my call. #4 - As a season pass holder, we used to get in a few minutes early... well Six Flags has taken that away too. Now you must be a "member" (for an additional cost of course) in order to receive the benefits that we lowly season pass holders used to receive. Our family is extremely disappointed in the changes and will not be purchasing season passes again. read more

I have to say, ever since Six Flags took over, things are not good at your park. First, we were there at open this morning. Apparently no one bothered to inspect the lazy river because there was a dead rat floating in it and I had to inform someone. Second, why in the world have you lowered the water level in the river????? It was uncomfortable and my knees were scraping the bottom, it was no longer fun or even lazy. It was absolutely no fun any more. Even my kids hated it, and that use to be their favorite thing to do there. Third, I went to get my dining pass lunch at the Corn Dog place just to be told they "weren't ready for that". It was 11:30 and lunch starts at 11, so why weren't they ready? Last, it was just not a good experience at all. There are huge cracks and chips in the pools that weren't there last year. And really??? A dad rat??? Just floating there, how could you miss it??? read more

Although I have some serious criticisms of WWB, our family does keep coming back. For the most part, we associate it with fun times and overall good memories. Once you learn how to navigate your park visits, you will make the most of your experience. Be sure to arrive as early as you can; 30 min or more prior to park opening is best, as even on "slow" days it can be difficult to find chairs in the shade, let alone any chair at all. Oklahoma summers are scorching, and if you hope to make it throughout a day outside anywhere, you must have shade. So come early and get under an umbrella or shady patch. Invest in waterproof fanny packs so that you can keep your phones (and valuables) with you. It helps to be able to keep in touch with your fam/friends there at the park. This year we purchased memberships for the first time and prefer them to season passes so far. Drawbacks include lots of nasty trash piled up under rides, chronic issues with kids/teens line jumping and pushing, lack of seating/rest areas, lack of information posted at admissions gates to show visitors which lines are for what types of guests. Same goes for rides: rules for riding are not consistently posted at the entrances to the rides - you may climb many flights of stairs only to be turned away due to wrong tube size, or other issues. Food and all drinks are overpriced for the quality. Park is poorly maintained with filthy restrooms, gross handrails on wait lines for rides, peeling paint, decrepit stairs. Vast unused and unkempt areas could be clean, shady areas for visitors to rest between rides. So much revenue, so little proper maintenance. Overall fun, but pointedly frustrating experience. read more

For this being Oklahoma and us being from Texas this is actual a pretty good waterpark. We're getting ready to buy our diamond elite memberships for white water bay and Frontier City. Can not wait to spend the summer at both the places with my kids! The kids for some reason still like it but you need a loan to get in at 30+ dollars a person (on line) plus 20 to park a lot of places smell really bad and they have NO ICE so if you want to buy a over priced beverage you have to drink it hot when my kids asked for ice they just ignored her and walked away. read more
