The front desk staff was always very friendly whether on the phone or in person the day of my tattoo. Eric had done a drawing from a photo of a tattoo that I had sent him. It was an tribal drummer / kokopelli figure. He did an excellent job! Exactly like the picture I sent him. He was totally cool & made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first tattoo.
