And expanding as this is their new location. The style and aesthetics are super current and cute. Vintage looking pieces with pops of regal colors and brass. It's very clean, zen but stylish. My fave bench is the leopard fur bench :) They have a lot of real succulents within the salon which makes me also feel good to have some natural aspects. I think within 2 years I have recommended friends to come here as they ask for suggestions on Facebook. And after the multiple suggestions the person always seems to hit up The Beauty Lounge. Then, they post the after photos which everyone loves. Their social media is top notch and they don't steal photos of services done off of Pinterest or whatever. They also stay current with their services by always doing continuing education (I know this as we chat about this while I'm in the chair.) and they post relevant photos to display their art. Rude…read more The prices listed on their "services" are vague as any "upgrades" I.e., French design and/or gel have additional cost, but that information is not provided until you check out. Therefore, my $35 pedicure (the price listed) ended up being $70 before tip. Additionally, they recently installed an ATM machine in the salon and aggressively encourage you to withdraw the money as it "only costs $1.00" to withdraw money and they will give you a 3% discount. However, the small print clearly states the $1.00 withdraw does NOT include what your bank will charge or any additional charges nor are you provided what your bank will charge as normal ATM machines provide. If you do not withdraw cash from their ATM they get very upset and rude as the gentleman said to me, "oh, you don't have the money to take out?" When I told him I did not want to withdraw money he assured me "the machine is very safe" and when I still politely declined to withdraw the money he got more upset and told me I would then be charged an additional 3% for my total bill to run my card. And again asking, "are you sure you won't withdraw the money?" I hope the additional 3% they made from me, along with the additional "up charges" was worth it as I will NEVER go back and never recommend their salon to anyone!
