The front desk staff was always very friendly whether on the phone or in person the day of my tattoo. Eric had done a drawing from a photo of a tattoo that I had sent him. It was an tribal drummer / kokopelli figure. He did an excellent job! Exactly like the picture I sent him. He was totally cool & made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first tattoo. I would totally recommend Wild Zero & Eric! If I get another one that will be my choice!

I'm not sure how most places are, but I thought it was a little weird having the consultation in the waiting area, but I didn't really mind. Each artist has a private room for the actual tattooing too, which was nice. Kelechi was great! He really takes the time to work with you, and makes it a priority to make time for touch ups if needed. I had him draw up my first tattoo, and I love it! The tattoo took a pretty long time to finish, but the time flew talking to him, and he made sure that I was as comfortable as possible the whole time.
