I come here periodically to take my recyclables in to redeem then and are taken in order usually but today I was pushed aside because two of their friends dropped in behind me and got served before I did that's not very businesslike made me quite upset you should keep your business tactics the same every day and treat every client the saying good luck UPDATE:: Ben B. Such an awesome recycling center! My boyfriend and I had never been there but all the signs along the way made it easy to understand the process, and the employees were very friendly and communicative to tell us where to go and what to do. Make sure you come with your recyclables separated tho, as not doing so will make your wait longer and can stall the cars behind you. Great place to recycle! The weekend can be a bit crowded but that's to be expected. Free large mesh bag with every check-in. I have a ton lol. Coupons for added value to aluminum are sent monthly. More payout then all the other recycling centers I've been to and I've been to quite a few. Great customer service! I mean, top of the line customer service. For a little under 10 years now Six-Pac has been my go to place for recycling and I can't see myself going elsewhere unless I had to. Previously when I lived in Chino Hills I STILL found myself driving back here to do my part for the environment. What brings me here time and time again is a combination of a few key points. Above all their service is top notch. The staff is always polite and inviting as we sort and unload the car. I see some people belittling them at times and it strikes a nerve, but it's always nice to piss them off when I share a laugh or a thank you with the staff. Ha-ha! Another key point is the pricing for materials. I typically take about 13 bags of bottles (maybe a bag of cans) and it always comes out to $30 or more. All in all they treat me like recycled royalty and for that I am a customer for life! read more

If you have any recycling I must say this place is the best. I've ever been to. If you're recycling is sorted and separated plastics and cans they do everything else unload your car for you. This was the worst experience I have ever had while trying to recycle my goods. The employee, "Juan" accused me if being rude to him & when I apologized and said that I wasn't trying to be rude, I'm just in a hurry, he thought it was okay to use profanity and call me a Bitch & told me to never (curse word) come there again!! I guess he thought it was okay to speak to me this way since he wasn't yelling?!? I told him I was going to complain about him and he said, go ahead because they aren't gonna do anything to me!! Seriously!!! I complained to the office & the girl apologized, but I must say, this may be the worse service I have ever experienced in my life!! Since when is okay to treat another person this way? I guess he hates his job & maybe he should start looking for a new one :/ read more

I with my dad have been coming here for years and they have always been extremely great, fast, and efficient. However the last few times I've been, they have been extremely disorganized, slow, forgetting you are there and moving on to other customers who have been waiting less time, and taking over an hour and a half on every visit. I am not sure if it's under new management or what but this place is pretty awful. All the employees suddenly have bad attitudes and seem like they hate every minute of working there. I have been coming here for years and one of the things that impressed me about this place was how the crew worked together as a team, almost like a game to see how efficient and pleasant they can be. You go there today and those workers are gone... all new employees that have no clue what there doing. Even on my latest visit which was on 3-30-19 a busy Saturday they only had 3 people working the car line and they completely stopped working numerous times to argue about break times, who is doing what car, you name it. It was embarrassing and so unprofessional. I feel pretty dumb for ever referring people here. With a sad heart for all the memories with my dad, I Will be looking for a new recycling center cause this place is no longer good. Update 4-13-19 in response to Ben: Nope, not one bad experience, but many bad experiences over the last 6-8 months. In fact, I gave 2nd, 3rd, 4th and on chances hoping each time would be better (since you know, I've tried to remain loyal after years of coming here) but each time was worse and worse until finally I've had enough, I'm not coming back and now want to warn others. If you read my review in its entirety, you would see that the last several times I've been, has been exactly what I described above, absolutely horrible. Now I understand sick calls, busy seasons, things like that but what I want management and anyone reading this to understand is that six pac used to operate at a level that was stellar and amazing every single time you came no matter what day, busy season, time, etc. Six pac seems to not care about operating at that level anymore nor do anything about it, so don't try to downplay my review as a "bad day", since a "bad day" is now the new norm, everyday at six pac with no hope of changing. The fact that you are making excuses and not owning up to the change and mistakes only further upsets me and will definitely not be returning! I am so happy that I came to this place! I thought I was going to get less than $10 for my recyclables as a first time person to recycle by myself, but I came up almost $60.00! The workers on 5/3/16 were extremely friendly and help you with separating your items. I was able to get out of there quickly. I also loved how organized the place was to drop off and park. I parked the guy came with the big containers I just separated paper from bottles/cans and he took care of everything with a smile. You pay for it so why not get reimbursed and help our environment?!?!? I went in to Six-Pac this morning to recycle some plastic CRV items. As soon as I pulled in I noticed that the cars were lined up in an orderly fashion. By just watching the employees for a few seconds I was able to quickly figure out the process of recycling here. I was greeted by Nate T as he begun to unload my car. I had a few questions about the different plastic numbers as this was my first time recycling here. He answered all my questions, proceeded to complete my transaction, and send me off with my slip to go cash out. Sandra B greeted and then cashed me out even providing a copy of my receipt after I had already told her I wouldn't be needing one. Update 12/8: Hi Ben, Thanks for your reply. I understand that you must give your employees a lunch break but most companies plan their employees lunches so that they are staggered. That way there is not only 2 employees left working while there is a line of customers. I will make sure to ask for Edwin if I decide to return. As for the Stater Bros recycling centers they also have self service stations in addition to the person working. There were 5 cars ahead of me and I am now just leaving at 1:50pm. A 50 minute wait for 5 cars!!!! That's ridiculous. They're were two workers who were very confused on who was next and what number they should be on. One worker wouldn't let you bring trash cans over to unload and help speed up the process because they said they needed them in case a large load came in. But they had basically all the trash cans free because there were injured workers. And then when the worker finally did get to me he looked upset because I didn't have my stuff unloaded yet. Just went here today for the first time. I have to say this place is the best when it comes to recycling centers. VERY friendly employees who help you when you pull up. The place is very clean. Even the cashier was friendly. They have more then enough help on hand and they have the supplies to do the job. Far better going here then one of those places behind the grocery stores. So, I just got back home from recycling, and all I have to say is that these guys move quick! The picture was taken at 8:31am today(7/2/16), and I was stuck on the street due to the line being so long(it snakes through and around to allow for more people to get in). I figured I would run over to the gas station and grab a drink to have while I waited. When I got back, there was virtually no line, I was gone for maybe 5-10 minutes. I was in and out in no time! On top of that, the staff here has always been very friendly, fast, and they're not afraid to show a sense of humor, hence why I keep coming here! I've been to every recycling center in Corona and this one is by far the fastest since they have the most manpower. Cans for $1.71, not the best but not the worst either. Worth the speedy in and out. I go with 15 bags of cans and plastics and usually in and out in less than 20 mins. read more

Overall experience was very good. There was a about 5 cars getting there stuff out and in the bins. So we had to wait maybe 5 minuets at most till we could pull our car up and unload the bottles and cans one of the workers help us do this so it went super quick my husband then waited for the receipt so he could take to the cashier it was all very quick and easy and employees were nice and friendly. Not worth going here at all, all the energy And time I used to load my truck with clean metal and clean copper was not worth it, all the gas I spent was not worth going here. Even the guys who receive your metal have a evil grin on their face because they have been trained very well to rip you off. It was a little difficult to get in the parking lot find parking and get my shredding out of the truck and into a bag to put in their facility. However the price was amazing and save me from doing all that shreddy for a whole box of old taxes. It only cost $6 for a whole box the size of a copier paper box. Wonderful service and fast paced. Good thing they've got going on here. I'm used to waiting an hour or two to get the cans and bottles weighed at a different place in corona off Mckinley, but this place there was 3 groups ahead of us and we were still done in a quick 30 minutes. They have plenty of barrels to pour bags into, and big scales to they weigh a lot at a time. also, the yelp check in offers are super cute and we got a free reusable bag. The workers are not lazy, in fact kudos to them for working such a job, especially when it is this hot! read more

Went here to recycle bottles and cans last week and today. Both times Tommy helped me. He is very pleasant - while the other worker announced to us to help them out, grab some bins and put our recyclables in them - Tommy helped me both times, getting the bins and putting my recyclables in there and getting them weighed.
