In that case, she made up for the lost time. But that was the exception. In a pinch, this place is ok. But it lacks professionalism.

It's pretty much a Swedish massage with lots of strength. The technique was kinda questionable. But she really puts a lot of work into it. I love that. It's a 1 person show. So if the phone rings or a customer comes in, she will have to take care of that. But you won't be short changed. When she works, she will get into the nooks & crannies. I suggest dressing down to a higher standard than usual if you are accustomed to North American massage therapists. She is responsive to feedback. Although, I asked her not to touch my feet, but she did anyway. But it did not hurt... which it usually does. So she changed my mind about my feet. She speaks enough English to get by. If you are turned-off by establishments that are not hospital-like sterile, this is not the place for you. I'm in it for the massage. I will be back.

The tub was hot and clean and the environment was relaxing. The second experience on the other hand was not so pleasant. They had one staff member who was nice but was definitely loud. You could hear the loud phone rings for extended periods of time and her running around in her flip flops yelling (nothing bad) across the hallways. The tub was luke warm and I had asked her if we can raise the temperature. She went ahead and added hot water to the tub but it would go on so long that the water being added started to get cold. I believe she must've got distracted by people and phone calls so much, she forgot to shut it off in a timely manner.
