The staff is very knowledgeable about the store's inventory and if you buy anything heavy or bulky they are sure to ask you if you need help getting your purchases to your car. I will go out of my way to shop here because the staff is so wonderful. It doesn't hurt that they also have a wide selection of inventory at reasonable prices. Parking is plentiful and they also have a nice Rewards program. It is also family owned!

The whole adventure of shopping at the Holland Hardware is a walk down memory lane. In addition to a great paint department, I love the well-stocked garden and outdoor recreation items. While most area stores are completely wiped out of vegetable seed, Holland Hardware still has a full selection of seed for my second crop of summer veggies. Today I snagged a package of endive seed to fill in my rows. Looking forward to completing my game boards in time for the high school graduation party we're hosting!

Tractor Supply has the most reasonable price for water softener tablets in our area. Today was our…read moreday to replenish our stock. We were greeted multiple times by store staff as we enter. The store, began scanning the aisles for bargains. I have a roving eye, and immediately noticed a SALE on enameled garden decor. So I treated myself to this adorable little Rooster wind chime! So cute. My husband loaded up the utility cart a couple of 40 pound bags of salt pellets. The cashiers always ask us if we need a carry out to the car. This location has a rather large display of potted vegetable plants in the entryway of the store. Today it was raining quite heavily, so the pots were all nicely hydrated. Usually they look like they're on their deathbed due to overly dry conditions. I picked up several hot pepper plants to add to my porch pots. Hopefully I'll be harvesting salad peppers in the next few weeks.
