However From the very beginning had some hiccups. Firstly, When the member arrived, they did not bring the drone for which we paid as in the contract. Not sure where the disconnect was. Secondly, they missed a lot of shots during the event. Like no detailed pictures/videos of the food served, no front angle pictures/videos of the cake cutting, also they did not shoot some decor setups. Thirdly, as per the contract, they were supposed to make a longer version of the video & they just made a photo slideshow for that and delivered it. On raising concerns, they made a new video. This was totally unprofessional. What they did well was the quality of pictures and videos was great. Whatever they do, they do well. Probably if they can be directed well in the event then you can get the best of them. My take: Not very experienced in the family or gathering photography/videography & are expensive too. They promised photos and videos in 2 weeks but took more than a month to deliver everything. I had to check on the status multiple times and they were not proactive to keep us informed. You can find many other good alternative options for such functions.

I am a writer and had a good idea what I was after and interviewed about 20 film producers. Nick of Occulus films possessed all the skills I was after and grasped exactly what I was after. He is extremely affable in his dealings and is an excellent story teller with film. We filmed in three locations and worked around my schedule since I had to keep the video secret from my wife. His crew was also excellent and made me feel very comfortable since this was my first video. I also must commend his editor Joseph who did an amazing job in helping create a film that is quite moving and romantic. Nick also was budget conscious which was very important to me.
