We first visited on a Sunday at around 6:30 pm, so it was very busy. I was served sodas in cans…read morewith a glass of ice, which was odd but likely quicker for the staff to deploy to the customer. The Messi chicken sandwich looked fatigued and tasted comparable to Chick-fil-A, but at a higher cost and bland. A band took the stage at around 7 PM, which was nice, but being Deaf, i couldn't make out the lyrics but felt the bass. A nice lady helped us with the merchandise, but we were in a rush and decided to wait until the next visit to make any purchases. The following Tuesday, we returned at 5 pm and ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. They were really good, actually better than what I've had at Drake's in Florence and Lexington, KY. Also, our drinks were served in glasses and refills kept coming. Since it was slower than our previous visit, the server had more time to focus on us and two other tables more efficiently, which was a nice bonus. I will mention that the restroom was single-person, which I found rather odd. It was very clean, though. This Hard Rock was a cafe, casino, and hotel rolled into one, which is likely why Hard Rock has outlasted other themed restaurants (i.e., Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, etc.). If you're in Ponce, it's definitely worth a visit, and the merchandise is themed for Ponce. I had to pick up a shirt that, on the back, featured the Parque de Bombas, a historic former fire station; the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, dating back to 1839; and the Cruceta del Vigía, a 100-foot-tall cross located atop Cerro del Vigía in Ponce.

Amazing! I got the Messi burger with fries. It was genuinely the BEST burger I've ever had, and…read moreI've had many. Service was great. Ambience was amazing, they had pieces of celebrity's stuff all around. 5/5 would recommend.

Enjoy some beers immersed in history. The staff will gladly explain more about the house and its owner. By the way, the staff was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The brewery is relatively new. I believe they opened their doors in early 2020. They have an outdoor patio in the back, as well as a single table on the front porch. So far they have released three beers, a lager, a blonde ale, and a hazy IPA. Unfortunately, when we visited they only had the lager available. It was good, don't get me wrong. I just would have liked to sample all of them. They had several guest brews on tap and in cans. One of the was Sanamuerto, an IPA from a brand new brewery in Orocovis called Cacique Brewing Co. they don't have a taproom so the only place to try their beer is on tap a certain spots. It was very good. Glad I got to try it here. All in all, this was a cool stop in our day trip to Ponce. I will visit again next time I am in the area. There is street parking available and a lot across the street. We arrived at 4p and it was closed but when we left it was open. So I would assume they only open in the evenings. Check their IG page for up to date info and their website for their beer and food menu. They also have cocktails in case you are mad and don't want or like beer.
