So I took the phone in and had the screen replaced and everything was good for about three weeks or so. After that the screen became on responsive and when that happened I immediately understood. These people will replace your screen and it will work for a small amount of time but ultimately it will stop working ,and when it does , I would imagine that they will not take accountability for it so I'm not even going to bring the device back to them. I would imagine that if I did bring the device back this would be the two possible scenarios: 1 - It's your fault because it's been three weeks 2 - We just don't know what the problem can be and there can be many reasons so we will hold your phone and try to figure it out but of course we won't figure it out and will not accept accountability. If you have an expensive device and you need a screen replacement you'll have to fork out the money to pay for the right equipment otherwise you shouldn't bother. If you have a high-end device don't take it here to be repaired because the repairs will not last long as they use subpar replacement parts that don't last very long. Go to Apple or a reputable third-party repair.

This happened the previous time I used them also. I always had to call them to see if my item was ready for me to pick it up. I can only guesstimate as to how long a fix will take. It could be two days or it could be two weeks. I don't know if they have to special order some part from Apple or whatever. Just wish they called me to tell me my item was fixed. TJ and his partner tried again and again to get my screen up and running even with the inside computer system slowly dying due to the water damage and battery acid leaking. Where others would have given up and said sorry buddy we don't have the time (as they are a business)they both made it a point to retrieve my Mom's pictures for me as I explained it all to them and they empathized with me completely. Long story short they managed re-hooking up the screen though you could barely see what was on it and then had these super bright lamps shine on the screen as they could barely make out what button for each file they had to send to a new memory card they put in my old phone. After an arduous few hours they had recovered all 11 gigabytes of precious memories and then when I came in they put that memory card in my phone and transfered ALL MY PRECIOUS PICTURES to my new phone and I can't thank them enough. THAT WAS A MIRACLE FOR ME!!! I now have a new phone with plenty of memory space and ALL my old photos and am one happy camper. If you've read through all this you can see this is a store unlike no other. TJ Cell Phone Repair really cares about their customers and "bends over backward" to accommodate them. My brother's Motorola 2023 G+ Razor phone had a lot of problems and it was mostly broken and unfunctional. However, when I asked a bunch of questions about potential pricing, costs, and specific repair procedures, the woman that I first met was very informative and though the pricings she initially listed were off, she was sympathetic and understanding of my brother's phone condition and the situation he was going through. It was also perfectly fine for her to not know the exact or even an approximate price range to repair my brother's broken phone because she did not see the actual state of my brother's phone, and I believe that she does not do repairs. Later that same week, which were in two more separate days on the same week, I took my brother to this store for further evaluation and for a more realistic price range to possibly repair his phone. The person was a guy, and based on how he explained the procedures and the pricing, it seemed like he was one of a few people in that store that does hands on technology repair. Me and my brother first thought that the cost range to fix his phone would be around $300-400, but it came up to be up to around $680 instead, given the extensive damage that his phone had with not only his screen, but also internally and the cracks around it. The guy told us that he will have to basically reconstruct his phone entirely. Unfortunately, we did not go through with his phone repair given how expensive and possibly costly it may have been to do all that reconstructing. However, the guy that answered my questions in more detail was very patient and understanding; he did not rush me and he only wanted me and my brother to make the decision that was good for us. He even gave us a few days to think about it and gather our thoughts. Even though my brother's phone was not fixed there because of how much his phone has been damaged, I recommend Flash Fix for any customer who feels nervous, concerned, and uncertained about their phone or any other kind of technology. Your questions will be thoughtfully answered, and they will be completely honest to you about pricing and procedure the whole way through.
