We have used Sanchez Construction a few times before and they did excellent jobs with our in-home renovations, so I don't understand why they completely dropped the ball with this one. We will never be using this company again for how they handled our last job. The fence we wanted put in is great, except that it is UNFINISHED! And, they used ROTTEN WOOD to complete the last section of the fence. The pillars alongside one of the gates were never cut, so we just have two large wooden beams sticking up a foot or more taller than the rest of the fence, which doesn't match the finished gate on the other side of the yard. There was a seven foot section of the fence that remained incomplete for days, and when called to ask, they had no idea about it and thought the job was done! So when the guys came back to finally finish the job, they used, not the fresh, new wood we had bought for the purpose of the fence, but OLD, ROTTEN, TERMITE-HOLE RIDDEN wood from a nasty, decades old pool deck we tore down ourselves about a month prior. So now our brand new fence has one section that is made from rotten planks that has termite holes covering the surface. Also, that section is BACKWARDS compared to the rest of the fence.

We bought fixtures online and got tile at Lowes. Got marble flooring at Home Depot. We are really happy with the results and love our new bathroom. They came and did our deck repair and it was fine with a few little issues but otherwise okay. However, when it came time to stain the deck and fence, we were told that one of Brads workers would be handling it. Brad was completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. The worker got started on the work and then left, promising to return in the morning. We agreed to purchase the stain and have it at the house the following day for him to use. We are now sitting with over $1000 worth of stain and nobody to use it. We spoke to Brad again and his vulgarity and immature attitude were completely unacceptable. We NEVER post negative reviews but in this case, we felt it was necessary. Do NOT be fooled by a nice sales pitch. I cannot stress enough how awful this experience has been.

For months, Chad promised to make it right, I even offered to split the cost and nothing has been done months later. The crew didn't clean up nail on the driveway or on the roof. Every rain, we have more roofing nails in the driveway. We have found well over 100 roofing nails in our driveway or on the street in front of our house. I found 4 just this week. Chad promised several times to "send the guys back over with a big magnet" but he has yet to follow through. They left building materials at our house that we were left to clean up. The crew pulled up the edge flaps of our gutter guards when installing the roofing and left them detached. As part of the project, they were repairing sheetrock. The mud work was so bad, I ended up redoing it myself.
