They were prompt and kept to the time table they set--they even called an moved it up when they finished another job earlier than expected. We are so pleased with their work. Andy specifically went above the call of duty--one of the sprinkler pipes was slightly damaged during the cement pour. They told us about it at the time and asked us to call if we had any leaks. When we called, he came out immediately and fixed not only the pipe they identified, but another sprinkler pipe that was leaking but that obviously was not damaged during the job they did. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team.
