Checkout online was super-duper easy and I was able to secure my bag within minutes! Not even a minute after checking out, I got a text from the store asking if it was a gift purchase and if I'd like it to be gift wrapped, as well as double checking that my shipping address was correct since it was different from my billing. The thing that stands out to me the most about this shop is the quick, efficient and genuine interaction I've had with the staff. Super friendly and quick! Plus, added bonus of being able to support a small business! Two other people walk in and she couldn't be more friendly to them and did not ask them to use the hand sanitizer at all... truly this girl had a horrible jealously and attitude problem. Some of it is fairly priced while other things are overpriced, as some have mentioned. I believe this is due to there being different consignment sellers, so even within a product category you can find a range of prices and selection, e.g., vinyl records. If you know what you're looking for and know your prices, you can find some good stuff, I have for sure. If it seems a bit too much, I've seen them call up a seller if a customer has a lower offer.
