I paid for a membership, yet I walked into what felt like an oven. I was so overheated that I honestly felt like I was going to collapse. Children were dripping with sweat, parents were miserable, and even the employees looked exhausted from trying to work in those conditions. There is no excuse for expecting families to spend hours in extreme heat while continuing to collect membership fees. If your air conditioning isn't working, close the facility until it is fixed. Don't gamble with people's health just to keep the doors open. This is one of the most irresponsible experiences I've had at a family entertainment venue, and I fully intend to report these conditions. Families deserve a safe environment--not one where they're worried about heat exhaustion. If this issue is not fixed immediately, I will be reporting it to the appropriate authorities. In my opinion, a facility operating under these conditions should not remain open until the air conditioning is fully repaired and the building is safe and comfortable for families, children, and employees. No business should continue operating while exposing paying customers to these conditions.

We've been to other Urban Air locations in San Antonio that are clean, well-staffed, and family-friendly. This location, however, felt chaotic, unsanitary, and poorly managed from start to finish. I would strongly recommend visiting another Urban Air location until serious improvements are made here.

It has made life so much easier for our family while allowing our girls to explore and grow in so many different ways. The coaches are incredible. They genuinely care about each child, know when to encourage them, when to challenge them, and are always their biggest advocates. We've loved every coach we've had over the years, and it's been amazing to watch our girls grow in both skill and confidence because of their guidance. Westwood also puts on fantastic special events and summer camps that our girls always look forward to. The positive, supportive, family-like atmosphere is what keeps us coming back year after year.
