I think the biggest turn off was that I could go to a nearby Famous Footwear and pay the same price. Wanted to get a bottle of water repellent and there was no price on it. The cashier was super friendly but fairly new and it was taking a while to get through the transaction and there were people behind us so I didnt want to take up anyone else's time asking for the price.

I love their shoes and the quality is very good, but the prices are a little ridiculous and do not even bother with scoping out the clearance rack because the selection is dismal, at best. They sell okay handbags, but I prefer Coach and Burberry. The biggest problem is the bad service and poor attitude the salespeople give off. On a recent trip to the outlet mall, while shopping at this store, I was planning to buy a pair of boots and the girl behind the counter refused to get off her cell phone after engaging in a lengthy personal call, rolling her eyes as I gestured for her attention. I eventually walked out without buying the boots and I really did want them. I complained to the manager and they sent me 30% off discount coupons for the store. I never used them.

I never wear sneakers (five fingers for life!) but I wanted to get a trail running shoe that was a sneaker. I looked at the Merrell store in Howell several days prior and found a pair I really liked but they didn't have my size. This store had the shoe I liked in the size I needed. Originally we were only going to get one pair each. My boyfriend and I ended up each getting two pairs of shoes. Four pairs of shoes cost us $300 but there was a buy one get one half off sale so we saved $100 (the cost of one pair of shoes) Socks were also buy two get one free. The sale associates were very helpful in helping us look for sizes. The store was very clean and well kept up.

I actually heard about it from a friend who visited the store on their way back from Frankenmuth, and I said I'd stop by if I was ever in the area. They sell shirts, shoes, jewelry, stickers, posters and lots in between. Upon entering you'll definitely experience some nostalgia of either your childhood or just something you remember from years ago, with heavy emphasis on the 90's logos, apparel and TV shows/cartoons. I ended up picking up a T shirt, which only turned out to be 10 bucks, and there's a watch that I told myself I'd pick up the next time I stop by. I am however a little weary of places that don't have return policies because it's 2020 and I don't really see why you wouldn't have a return policy but oh well.
