I told them I the style and color of the suit that I wanted. They said they will not see me because I have to have an appointment, even though the website specifically said that you accept walk ins. They said it would be a 45 minute process, which is fine and why I came in early. Yet they refused to do it even though I was the only person int he entire store and they were sitting there chatting at the register. I am really disappointed by that service, specifically because I have a wedding party of 6 people and was planning on spending over 1k for suit rentals. Really has lost its customer touch, I will be going to David's bridal.

But after some searching and trying on, I actually found two that I loved dearly, so I purchased. Before I made my purchase, I stopped by the beauty and perfume section and smelled some of the scents and at the end, purchased my two dresses and a perfume. Macy's has been known to be an upper scale store, so they are a bit pricey, but I won't complain too much. It was definitely necessary. I checked out at the perfume counter, and I felt like the only person around (which I kind was, lol), but she was fixated on me and my needs. We talked a little while I smelled some of the perfumes and at the end of it all, she walked away with a sale, and I had some items I needed. I was also returning two new $1 tote bags, unfolded until literally today when putting my returning clothes in and she said "you're returning these bags?" Yes. "Well I'm going to have to see if we can get these back to their original shape." And folded it very slowly. Ashley is rude, unprofessional, and not efficient. Will not be returning back to the store because of this embarrassing situation.
