I was greeted personally as soon as I walked through the door. My feet were measured both sitting and standing. And then the salesman watched me walk barefoot, away from him and towards him. After that he was able to help chose exactly which model and style were best suited for my feet. I had been wearing the same brand for years but last year was a disaster. I had blisters along the tops of my toes for a long time until I figured out how to protect them. They are not a discount store, but the excellent quality of their merchandise is well worth the money. They carry excellent quality shoes in my hard-to-find-size and give professional fittings (nearly impossible to find anywhere else). The staff has been cordial and welcoming, without exception, in the 10 years or more I've been shopping there.
