Alexa is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind…read more However, Alexa would not hesitate to tell me when she had to curb her actions based on her experience. Alexa never missed a scheduled meeting and she always took my calls. What I especially liked about Alexa was her ability to remain calm in crisis situations. My Ex-wife decided that she didn't want to be married in November 2017. I was completely caught off guard. This forced me to aggressively start looking at local attorneys with great representation. I ran across Alexia and I must be admit that she was nothing short of heaven sent. During the initial in-take she asked me what was important to me. I quick realized that the only two things that was important was cultivating a meaningful relationship with my minor two kids and securing my financial means to do so. My Ex used a temporary protective order to get temporary control of the martial home. The application was full of partial truths and lies. Finally, I quickly realized that she was the right Lawyer to represent me during this crisis because she was able to manage my expectations. During the first hearing she was able to mediate a deal that disposed of the TPO (brilliantly). The second accomplishment was to secure joint custody of our two minor kids with more visitation than I'm able to keep track. Additionally, my child support order is so manageable that I'm able to fly to see my kids monthly. She's the best. Side note, I wish I could upload a picture with my Girls last week.... This wouldn't have been possible without Alexa. She's the best! Rick Muse

I would not recommend anyone engage with this firm thanks to Elaine Levine. She was incredibly rude…read moreand disrespectful with me as I tried to share with her a sensitive legal matter regarding a deceased family member. She repeatedly cut me off as I was talking, asking questions with roughness which I would have shared if she just let me talk. I never even got to state my request. She was so insensitive and I can't believe this is someone that works in family law.

"Of course he's upset. He's a lawyer - he's paid to be upset." The Fortune Cookie (1966)…read more I was in a car accident at the end of October - I was a couple of car lengths behind a flatbed hauling an old, burnt out bulldozer. Suddenly, a panel came flying off like a Frisbee at my head - evasive action meant it hit the passenger side windshield instead of my head - thank heavens. However, I was hurt, as was my car. I needed a personal injury lawyer. Ed is a stand up guy - he kept me informed of how the process would work and what to expect. He told me what I should and shouldn't say when called by the insurance guys. He walked me through everything. After months of medical treatments for my jacked up neck and shoulder and my car getting repaired (and then repaired again), it was time to get all the documents in order and Ed to do his thing. This meant I didn't have to do anything. I just waited for phone calls telling me what the newest offer was and we discussed if I should accept or not. By the end, I got a good offer (and we knew it was the last). I didn't want to deal with going to court, but I could have if I wanted. By the way, settled in June. Not bad considering we predicted it could take a year. Super happy with Ed handling my case. All I had to do was go into his office at the end, sign some paperwork and get my check. Easy peasy. Hopefully I won't need him again, but if I do, I know it will be this easy again.
