Simply put, go anywhere but here. They tried to charge me $640 to drain my DEF and refill it. He did this without calling us to confirm what was wrong and what the cost would be until it was already done. When we questioned him about the cost he tried to gaslight us by saying, "it's just $600. What, you don't have $600?" Then continued on about how we need to go on back to the trailer park & have some more kids for child support. I'm sorry??? This must be why there were zero customers in the shop & everyone was sitting around. He finally tells us to "dream up an amount we can pay, and pay it so we can get the f*ck out of here, & asks if we even have a card with any money on it" Insane way to do business, and we will gladly never return. I guess he has to overcharge the costumers he does get to try to makeup for the lack of business he gets. read more

We had our car towed 7.3 miles to a repair shop. Skelly's was the nearest tow truck. Just a few miles away. The owner of the company told me it took them TWO HOURS, and they charged $225 an hour. This was ridiculous, since the time between calling them and the car being dropped off was 45 minutes. Mr. Skelly took advantage of the situation to charge an outrageous price. No tow company has ever charged me that much. The last company I hired charged me $75 to go about 30 miles. Maybe because I did not get a price up front, Mr Skelly thought he could put a car on his tow truck and charge $468 to take it off! $468 to tow a Camry 7.3 miles to a repair shop is robbery. read more

We used Shelly's services for both towing and repair to our 40' RV. They were so helpful and responded so quickly when other companies did not. Shelly's service was rapid, courteous and professional! There towing price was comparable to other companies, but their quick response and attention to safety was far superior. We ended up having them fix our brake system issue which was again superior in a fair price point and repairs. They were diligent and knowledgeable and most importantly would not cut corners with safety being of utmost concern! We would go out of our way to use them again! read more

Towed my RV and 14 ft boat in 16 ft trailer charged me $1,750 just for the tow not including any storage these people are crooks and just trying to extort people out of money or steal their vehicles . There was nothing special about the tow all they had to do is back up and hook it and go these people are crooks should be in jail if I could give him a zero I would. Skelly's towed my car 11/4/19 and it was an outstanding experience. Unbelievably responsive--only 40 minutes from when I called, and they accommodated last minute change to take it directly to the shop 35 miles away and for a most fair & reasonable fee. Here in the middle of rural nowhere PA/NY border I've heard horror stories about waiting hours for AAA and even tho I'm a member I went w/ Skelly's. These guys are the best. If you ever need a tow or lock out service they'll never leave you SOL. My fiancé and I just had her car lock her keys inside on Mother's day and they got to us in about half an hour. Thank you guys so much. read more
