Simply put, go anywhere but here. They tried to charge me $640 to drain my DEF and refill it. He…read moredid this without calling us to confirm what was wrong and what the cost would be until it was already done. When we questioned him about the cost he tried to gaslight us by saying, "it's just $600. What, you don't have $600?" Then continued on about how we need to go on back to the trailer park & have some more kids for child support. I'm sorry??? This must be why there were zero customers in the shop & everyone was sitting around. He finally tells us to "dream up an amount we can pay, and pay it so we can get the f*ck out of here, & asks if we even have a card with any money on it" Insane way to do business, and we will gladly never return. I guess he has to overcharge the costumers he does get to try to makeup for the lack of business he gets.

We had our car towed 7.3 miles to a repair shop. Skelly's was the nearest tow truck. Just a few…read moremiles away. The owner of the company told me it took them TWO HOURS, and they charged $225 an hour. This was ridiculous, since the time between calling them and the car being dropped off was 45 minutes. Mr. Skelly took advantage of the situation to charge an outrageous price. No tow company has ever charged me that much. The last company I hired charged me $75 to go about 30 miles. Maybe because I did not get a price up front, Mr Skelly thought he could put a car on his tow truck and charge $468 to take it off! $468 to tow a Camry 7.3 miles to a repair shop is robbery.

Reliable, reasonable, helpful and friendly. I have used this service on three different occasions,…read morewith different drivers responding each time, and the characteristics that I identified above all fit. My experiences have included everything from a simple battery jump to the need for trouble-shooting to get my car in a position to be towed, and the drivers have been great every time!! As for the price, they have always been very reasonable, be it a simple jump-start or towing my car miles across town to the dealership. If you ever find yourself in need of a towing service, this is the one.

vehicle was towed. tow truck called before I arrived or I would have asked for a price or called…read moresomeone else i know to have reasonable prices in the area. My tow fee was $250. A bit steep but it was after hours and emergent so......I can understand a higher bill. But that's just where the fun begins. I was in to the shop twice to pick up all my personal items in the vehicle. I was never informed that there was a storage fee for having my vehicle in their rear junkyard with all the other wreck for a few days. Apparently the process is to not inform the owner for 10 days then send a request to the state to find who owns it and then send a certified letter to the owner and tell them their bill.......which by the way is $45/day storage fee. does this seem steep to anyone else. that means if you were in the hospital for 10 days and your car was in their "junkyard" they would charge you $450 for the privilege. 20 days=$900....that's just for parking it in their lot! For reference, the lot less than half a mile away charges $20 per week. I was notified of my bill on the 10th day! nothing was mentioned to me about their exorbitant fees the two other times I was at the shop to pick up my personal items from the vehicle. I have nothing against a business making money and even more money when they respond after hours but these charges were unbelievable. To be fair in my review, I must tell you that after I expressed my extreme disappointment with the way their charging system/business was being run they offered me a much lower rate on storage. I don't have anything against any of the employees or the owner, they seem like very nice people and very helpful in some situations, but something should change with the notification/lot charge situation. People don't need to be blindsided by exorbitant fees.

had these guys tow my boat trailer that the wheel bearings had went out in and when I called I…read morereceived a text message 30 minutes later which was 3:30 PM telling me their arrival time would be 4:30 PM. My driver sit with the trailer and waited until 7 PM and they still have not showed up so he left. When he left the trailer, tires were in perfectly good shape. I get a call from the repair center where the trailer was delivered and they said it was dropped off with the sidewall cut out of the tire. So when I called the tow company to ask about my tire being cut, they said they didn't do it and I said well was it cut when you got there? They put me on a two minute hold and then said yes it was cut when we got there which I know is 100% false. No one is gonna come along the side of the interstate get out and slash a tire within 30 minutes of their arrival time, but had they been there 4 1/2 hours like they said they would be they couldn't lie like they are now! And that's the worst not only was the service 4 hours late,, tire cut during tow but the biggest issue is that they lied about doing it! I got no use for dishonest business and these guys TOW PRO CEDAR BLUFF TOWING ARE NOT HONEST! AND THEY CHARGED ME $600 to tow 5 miles!
