We appreciate how honest the therapist was about how she didn't see any underlying concerns with her in this area and was not pushy about continuing therapy sessions. But we did discuss perhaps occupational therapy to help her with feeding for future development. So we booked a few feeding OT sessions with Nadia and my daughter was in love with her from day 1. She was kind, patient and instantly connected with our daughter in trying to pin point the best way to encourage her to open up on how she interacts with food. Would highly recommend.

On recommendation of our dentist, we tried some videos to help him with speech, but we were not successful on our own. After a Zoom call with Ariel and Ahmad, the speech therapist, we felt very confident and comfortable with Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. After the first session, my son made huge strides in his "sh" sounds - he was actually able to articulate it correctly, even if it was a struggle. Long story short, as of today (3 months after starting) Finn has met all of his speech goals and no longer needs the services. Both Ahmad and Finn worked hard to make this happen - and in such a short time. I didn't expect progress so fast, to be honest. Not only that - my kiddo actually looked forward to the sessions. Ahmad took the time to get to know his interests - chess and strategy games - and built the sessions around play. When we left today, for the last time, Finn said he was going to miss his friend. We have had the best experience! Thank you.

Cathleen with the help from her assistance Ashley put me throw the paces two times a week for 8 weeks in order to regain strength in my right ankle and , lessen the pain in both knees,. Cathleen would showed me how to do each exercise and then had me do them. Well at first I felt like a real failure but she would give me the encouragement to succeed. Cathleen always challenge me to do the my best and by the time I finished with all the sessions I left better then when I started. Everyone there is personable and care for a patient's well-being. I would I HIGHLY recommend Cathleen or any of the other staff because they always have a smile and an encouraging word as you are training. Thank you Cathleen and Ashley!!!!

I've never been in physical therapy a day before in my life, so I was nervous and not sure what to expect. I was sent to PT by an orthopedic doctor after I sought help for chronic lower back pain. I've dealt with it for 5-6 years but a 100% telework schedule due to COVID kicked it into high gear. It was debilitating and got to the point where I would just lay down and cry because of how much it hurt. They've done a great job of making patients feel safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone wears masks and hand sanitizer is widely available throughout the office. The front desk has an acrylic partition and they're great about using hand sanitizer when they collect your payment. All the staff are constantly cleaning equipment. Now, onto the physical therapists themselves. I first met with Dr. Hiral Naik. She did my initial assessment and then gave me some at-home exercises to keep up on. She then gave me a deep-tissue massage which HURT but I felt great afterwards. I had no idea I had so much tension. I started working with Dr. Josh Summers after that. He's a fantastic instructor and got me working on a regular round of exercises at the office. I'm now more aware of my body and know how to work out safely. Form is everything! Dr. Rachel Odom is now my regular PT and let me tell you - she changed my life. During our first session together, she identified issues with my hip/pelvis alignment and corrected it. This whole time, I thought I had issues with my spine!! The relief was immediate and I spent the rest of my week gliding around, amazed that I was no longer in debilitating pain. I see Rachel regularly now, once per week, and she's great about regulating my pain, guiding me through new exercises to strengthen my muscles, and follow-through on what I'm doing at home. Posture, stretching, minding your alignment, and strengthening. Everyone has always been friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about your pain management and health. For years, my friends and coworkers were saying that I was exaggerating my pain or that I was "too young" to have back pain. Josh and Rachel immediately knew something was wrong. It was incredibly validating to know that I wasn't crazy and that yes, my pain really was that bad. They have done everything in their power (and continue to!) to treat me. I have a long way to go before I think I can graduate from PT but my qualify of life is so much better. My pain is now at a manageable level and I'm more aware of my body than I was before. Scheduling my appointments are easy - the front desk staff has always been friendly (Chris and Tammy). I have a weekly standing appointment and regularly receive text message reminders. I pay up-front, sign, and schedule my appointment for the following week then and there. The location is super easy to get to and parking is plentiful. Be aware of tight corners around the parking garage, it can get a little crowded during peak hours. Overall, can't recommend this place enough!

The evaluation resulted in my daughter being a year behind with articulating words as she spoke. Debbie's recommendation was for my daughter to get speech therapy at a facility, as my daughter is a real 'wiggle worm'. Debbie recommended a place, but unfortunately my daughter's insurance denied the claim since she did not experience a trauma or birth defect, which caused her delayed speech. In the meantime, Debbie is working with my daughter every week in our home to provide therapy. She does such a FANTASTIC job with my 'wiggle worm' that my daughter gets excited when she knows Debbie is coming and when she arrives. My daughter's speech has definitely improved since Debbie started working with her. Her sentences are longer, she is clearer, and I understand more words when she talks. My daughter even says, "Ms. Debbie says do this or that..." I would definitely recommend Eat, Speak, Play!

Enhabit Home Health has Zero coordination between the person answering the phones and the aids that showed up. My Dad was in the hospital after a fall and broke a bone in his neck and we have to be very careful. He was released form the hospital On Wednesday an aid showed up who was suppose to give them a bath, but the aide said that was someone else who was going to come Friday. Friday rolls around an aid come over to help walk up and down the street, but not to give him a bath or change his neck brace. They said the person coming Saturday was. Saturday rolls around and the aide was just checking up on him and said oh that's someone else. I complained to the office, saying this is ridiculous and explained how extremely frustrated but they said for someone was supposed to come to give him a bath Monday. They even called on Sunday to check in an see how he was doing which was nice, but they said someone would be there between 9:00 and 10:00. At 10:00 since no one has called or showed up we called the office and now they said someone is coming at 1:00pm. At any rate we are extremely frustrated, there is zero coordination between the office and the aids and a different aid shows up every time.

And yes, they offer validated parking, whoop whoop. The ladies at the reception desk are very warm and welcoming as well as very accommodating with whatever your needs are. Whether I have dealt with them face to face or on the phone, they are always super pleasant, polite and helpful. The waiting room is set up to occupy both kiddos and adults alike so there is something to keep everyone busy for the incredible and unheard-of super short wait before you are seen by your therapist. Can I get an AMEN to that!!! I have been seeing Susan Dixon, MS, CCC-SLP aka "Susie" and she is soooooo wonderful. She put me right at ease and was super empathetic with what all I had gone through and was going to continue to go through. Even though I often (ok always, lol) feel like an idiot doing the exercises required for the therapy and I joked that I don't like it, she is so much fun that you can't help but feel comfortable and cared for in her very capable hands. (I also pray there is no hidden camera somewhere catching my goofball self in action, JK!) The offices are very clean and tidy and they also have a very large room that is fully equipped for physical therapy and they offer both in-patient and out-patient treatment for all their services. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their rehabilitation services.
