The exercises and techniques provided were practical, clearly explained, and easy to follow at home. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable they were during each session -- Jeffrey Truong is a blessing to have as a therapist. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered thoughtfully. One thing that truly stood out was their flexible scheduling. It made a huge difference in managing appointments alongside my work schedule, and I'm very grateful for their willingness to accommodate my availability.

I saw Marilyn for occupational therapy - she is a certified hand therapist and absolutely fantastic. She tailored my rehab plan to my goals, gave me exercises to do weekly and during my last session we re did some strength tests and not only did my wrist feel better but I was stronger and regained a lot of range of motion. What's great is even if you're seeing one therapist but have a question about another area - there are other therapist there happy to provide insight. 10/10 recommend

By far GAMC is the worst hospital I have ever been too, they are for PROFIT only! Rude charge nurses and bedside nurses, on 2E a medical oncology floor they are insensitive, unprofessional, unskillful, patient safety is compromised. Never in my life have I've seen such bad actors. Nursing is a service driven profession, a noble profession, if you can't provide compassionate care and understanding than this inhumane nurses do not belong in healthcare. Perhaps, the hospital leadership would benefit sending this bad nurses to a culture sensitive class, it may improve their hospital's satisfaction scores. Shameful to have this types of non-caring nurses in healthcare.

Stay away when it comes to covid treatment. My mom passed away in this hospital. I highly believe…read moreif she was at a different hospital the result would have been different. They tried to put her on a ventilator 2 times and both times it was not necessary. One time her oxygen went to 86 while she was on her back. They called me saying they are prepping her to put her on the vent. Mommy called me crying she didn't want to be vented. I got them instead to put her on her stomach and within 20 minutes her oxygen was up to 94. Instead of trying to put her on the stomach they were eager to vent her. I and another doctor had to push them to come and and flip her on her stomach. It's just easier for the nurses and more money for the hospital if the person is on the vent. Another time a nurse had the nerve to call me and try and talk me into venting my mom. Meanwhile her oxygenation at that time was 96! Her oxygen mask had accidentally snapped off earlier in the day and they had to rush and save her and because of that they wanted to vent her again. And by the way, nurses are not allowed to call and talk family into doing something. Their job is to do the bidding of the family and doctors not what's easier for them! Do not believe them they are only thinking about what's easier for them and the mighty $$$. I will never forget my mother asking the nurse to help clean her nose (it was dripping) because she was too weak and couldn't move. The nurse flat out said no to her. I was on video call when this happened. Please do your research don't blindly trust this place. Always get second and third opinions. I will be placing a big complaint against this hospital!!!!
