After a rough experience elsewhere, they took their time to understand my apprehension and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible, and also give me the best possible treatment for my acne scars; went above and beyond for me! I had three Pixel 8 treatments and an intense treatment of CO2. They provided me with follow up skincare, in depth instructions, follow up calls, and two follow up appointments! Every step of the way they took photos to see my changes! I was thankful for this thoroughness I didn't receive at the last office I worked with. My skin looks amazing! For 1 hour facial it's $70, which is actually a great deal bc the products used are high quality, but most of all Mandy massages your face, neck, decolletage, arms, or shoulders the whole time while the mask is on (instead of walking away like a lot of high end spas I've been to). This time she used a collegen oatmeal mask ($30 add on but worth it) on me that was amazing. This town is so lucky to have her. So good for the skin. I try to get to the shop now whenever I'm in town. Since then the owner completed has her esthetician training and hopefully will be able to give facials etc in the shop - she has plans I think for two locations. Even before she completed her training she seemed to have excellent knowledge about skincare products and oils for different skin types and conditions. When I asked her about a certain skin condition she didn't try to sell me a product but acknowledged that it was very hard to treat and there was nothing "magic" out there to fix it. So I really trust her recommendations, besides just loving the oil she makes and sells. This IS a tiny shop, but make sure to stop by if it's open. I don't buy a lot of skin care products in general, and when I do they often sit unused till I throw them out, but not these ones. Also they smell great!

I had some pictures of haircuts and styles that I showed Bethanie. She was very interested in my ideas and needs, and spent time making sure she understood what I wanted. After receiving a lovely shampoo, scalp, and hand massage, we went to her chair for the cut and style. She consulted with me throughout the cut. When we got to blow drying and styling, she provided good advice and methods on how to achieve optimum results for volume and style. I was so pleased with the end result! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. She is a wonderful stylist! I booked another appointment for a trim, and will be following up with her for highlights in the future.
