I came in for the first time and saw Adelia Birdwell, PA. I cannot say it loud enough of how awesome she and her nurses were. A few years ago I went to another Dermatology clinic and never went back. The practitioner was ok but the staff and nurse was not. Sometimes clinics do not understand the importance of the front office and nurses and how their contribution to the patients mean. It makes a huge difference when you are greeted with smiling faces and made to feel welcome etc. I am so excited I found Adelia and her nurses. The only issue I would say is that when you walk in the lady up front was not very friendly. The other receptionist behind her was wonderful. She immediately looked me in the eye and acknowledged I was there and had me come check in with her. I appreciated the eye contact and acknowledgement. Dr. Kelly Taylor and all the nurses that work with her are amazing. They really listen to your concerns and try to find the best solution. My eczema flare ups are fewer and further between now thanks to her and her team. I'm super bummed that I have moved out of state because the struggle of finding a great doctor is real these days. The people here are lovely and nice. But the insurance side gets very confusing and frustrating. The doctor prescribed my medications with a drug company and did not explain the program they have with the drug company. I wasted 4 hours trying to get my medications. Save your troubles and find somewhere else. read more

This dermatology clinic service has really declined and they have turned into a very uncaring organization. They used to be one of the best in town, but now the doctors never want to keep their appointments and are so rude they wait until an hour before you are suppose to arrive for your appointment and have their receptionist call you to cancel. Shame on you Dr. Benjamin Hayes! This has happened more that twice to me personally just this year by one of their providers! Their nursing staff are what keep this operation afloat, but the doctor's are smug and really not very helpful. I don't want to forget to make a comment on their so called laser specialist. Please be careful before you let them turn a laser on your face. They will make your problem worse than it is and then charge you for it! The doctors don't even perform the laser procedures or oversee them! The so called Laser specialist is an LPN waving the lasers across your face! They are quick to have your sign a consent saying you release them from any negligent damage. However, this last inconsiderate cancelation at the last minute really helped me realize it is past time to find a more caring and qualified dermatology provider. I hope this town has not gotten so large that professionalism, quality, and compassion no longer matters in patient care! read more
