Farzana was the first person I saw and she was so nice (I didn't even know she was the owner). First impressions are everything in customer service - let's just say I walked in to get my brows done, but ended up walking out with my brows done, upper lip done AND got lash extensions. Mind you, I've never gotten my lashes done, ever. So, for me to trust a place that I just saw means much. Long story short, give Pari's a try. Being only 2 months old in Corona, they're really making their mark. **UPDATE** So 2 days ago, I stopped by again to get my brows threaded. Farzana noticed that my left eye/lashes was almost looking like a disaster. I don't know what I did or what happened, but it seems like more came off than usual. Since it has only been a week since I got it filled and didn't have an appointment, I didn't even bother letting her know ahead of time that I had a situation with my eye lol. Farzana was SUPER nice enough to accommodate my poor eye and fix it for me! To me, that shows GREAT customer service, and that's a huge thing for me.
