You can tell she truly loves what she does! It's such a beautiful and clean studio, and never any pressure to buy more. Helpful hint for finding the studio for the first time: if you're coming from Rimpau on Olympia, turn right into the last driveway before Calif Ave. She will be in the building straight ahead but you do need to go to the left side of the building. I recently went with Lisa for an Express Facial and I was blown away by the customer service experience that Lisa had given me during the service. It is hard now a days to find an expert who is knowledgeable and most importantly, honest and friendly. Lisa is truly that "gem" in the skin care industry. During my facial, she was super gentle and made me feel relaxed after a stressful week. Also, the facial cleanser she recommended me has helped my skin tremendously in terms of hydration. What a wonderful experience. Went into the facial room and they had a customized board with my name on it welcoming me into the studio. The aesthetician made me feel really welcomed. I got ready for my facial. She came into the room and started the facial. There was a great aroma in the room. The facial started and I could feel a tingling sensation that made my face feel fresher. They used a buffer to get my dead skin off. It was great, as opposed to the pinching that I have felt from previous facials. I felt my skin glowing after and it felt smooth as if I shaved my legs, but on my face (if that makes sense) :-). I highly recommend their 24K facial. It was amazing! They asked questions to make sure the products they were using didn't upset my skin which was great because I've had a bad experience with some face products in the past.
