I went on the hunt for a new place and this place came recommended HEAVILY by 10+ people. They were tender, patient, well spoken, helpful & accommodating. This place is incredible. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.

I started seeing Patty at The Laser Beamer and am so happy with the results after just 4 sessions! My hair growth is already very minimal -so much so that I don't even need to shave as often! Pain was very minimal and very tolerable. Just make sure the area she is treating is clean shaven. There was a time or two that I missed some hair when shaving and the laser zapping it can hurt- so make sure you're thoroughly shaved before treatments! She also carries the skincare line Avene, so depending on what kind of treatment you are doing there is a skincare product to she can recommend to go with it! I also can't speak highly enough about her bedside manner. She's informative about the laser process, assesses the area she's working on and talks about how the laser will help treat it and is so easy to to talk to. I always look forward to our sessions.

I asked for a 45 minute massage because I wasn't cleared to lay on my back yet, but after a few minutes into the massage I asked for longer because she did so phenomenal!
