I'm so glad I found Tori!! I had 3 glycolic acid chemical peels & after the 2nd one I was so happy with my skin that I stopped wearing makeup! This is huge for me, I would never even go to the grocery store without makeup. It's been a week since my 3rd peel & my face is so clear & even toned now. I used to have a lot of redness & hyperpigmentation but it's all significantly faded. I would highly recommend the peels if you suffer with post-acne hyperpigmentation. Tori came highly recommended from a guru of mine when I was complaining that my skin was looking crazy and I was in desparate need of a facial, so without hesitation I called her for an appointment. It turns out that she rents a space in a lovely day spa near my home so it was super convenient. I liked Tori from the moment we met. Her sweet warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. She gave me a a clean wrap and left me alone to change into it and crawl into her cushy and super comfortable spa/facial bed. Then she came back in the room to assess my skin and proceed with the treatment. I found Tori to be very professional. She examined my skin and suggested a more appropriate facial, instead of the one I had ordered. Her recommendation was less expensive too. I really really enjoyed this facial. She used this really nice French skincare line that felt and smelled so good. She has a nice touch too and gave me an awesome massage. She also has all these electronic gadgets she uses during the facial. I can't tell you what they were or what they did, but afterwards my skin was quenched and radiant for days. Yay! She fixed me! If you haven't gotten a facial, wax, or spray tan here yet, it's time. My facial experience here was blissful. Tori knows so much about the skin and products. I learned so much! I recently also went here to get a spray tan and what an incredible experience. First of all she worked around my crazy schedule to fit me in at an impossible time so I could get a instant and quick tan before my trip to Hawaii. I especially love that unlike other spray tan places, that she has you lie down. Then she sprays them rubs it in! So much less awkward and feels really good actually. She's super thorough and it's really important to her that the application is even. I'm going to tell everyone about this because as we age who wants to "work" on their tan when they are on vacation (or ever) as we all know in LA that it's important to protect your skin so why not cheat and get a quick tan which by the way is SUPER affordable. I've had waxes done at many other places but straight up, I think Tori's the best! She uses sugar wax for the procedures, NOT wax strips! That is almost the only reason I came here in the first place because I refuse to have it done with wax strips. The sugar waxing is way less painful, only pulls out hair and does not pull off skin, which is where infections can happen. She's really cool and a delight to talk to. She makes you feel super comfortable. Her little office is on the second floor of the Chill Salon, and I feel her prices are reasonable to what I've paid before at other places. I've recommended a couple people to Tori and each of them have told me how much they liked her afterward. read more

I've been getting spray tans for the past 8 years from many different skin care specialists. Not only is Tori's technique the most relaxing, but her solution is also the most natural tan I have EVER received. My color looks as if I've been laying out in Hawaii for a week. One issue I've had with previous spray tan solutions is that when the color starts to fade it gets extremely blotchy and I have to scrub my skin until it's almost raw in order to get the color off. I can already tell Tori's solution fades naturally which makes it easy to get a spray tan every two weeks without having to scrub and irritate me skin! I highly recommend her! read more
