Well, I've been at many places, and I was a bit skeptical, because I've gotten bad services previously at other places (bad taste) however I LOOOOVE taking care of my skin, but most importantly feeling pampered haha When I walked in, I wasn't sure why Victoria was asking me questions (no one ever has me anything before) But then, WOW I was so impressed of her professionalism, knowledge and soothing energy she has. I trusted her and proceeded with my facial. I felt so good my skin felt the treatment, I have Melasma (sadly generic) She helped feel that it will be ok and if I get consistent with treatments it will be help me tremendously. S. I was not a no call no show. Victoria is incredibly sweet, professional, and passionate about what she does. I first found her through a Groupon deal back in April 2019. I was feeling very insecure about the prominent acne that I had been dealing with, for over 2 years. I had booked my first appointment with her, but upon her seeing the severity of my acne first hand, she said that we needed to work on calming it before I could do anything to my face. I appreciated her honesty, and she recommended I use the Jan Marini bio glycolic face cleanser, in conjunction with the Jan Marini Duality MD face cream. She was great about listening to my concerns, both beauty and financially related. I saw a tremendous difference in my acne and skin within a month, by simply incorporating both Jan Marini skin products into my daily skincare routine. I let a few additional months go by, to ensure that my acne was no long an issue, before wanting to re-book my first appointment with Victoria. It was almost as if she read my mind, because I received a follow up text from her asking how I was doing and how I liked the products I had bought. I told her I was extremely happy with her recommendations and was ready to re-schedule. I booked a dermaplane with a glycolic peel. After this, I noticed my face brighter and I feel that it even helped minimize some of my hyperpigmentation (I'm an avid picker). I also loved how baby smooth my face felt afterwards! She was happy to see that my acne was almost completely gone, and recommended I use a different face wash. I purchased the Jan Marini C-Esta cleansing gel, and I loved this new wash because I was now able to take my makeup off with it; including eye makeup. I booked my follow up appointment, and went with a more in-depth facial with a dermaplane. She is so fun to talk to, and as she is working, she lets me know what she thinks of my skin and what I can do to improve it (based off of my conversations with her of what I'd like to ultimately achieve). She has never, ever been pushy about me purchasing any of the products from her, and has always listened to what I'd like to achieve. I can't wait for my next appointment with her! I sent a message through her website & was able to book an appointment with her directly that same day. She was booked through the first week of December, but squeezed me in the next week based on my availability. When I went in for my appointment, she sat me down & took time to get to know me and the issues I was experiencing with my skin. We talked for about 20-25 minutes before she made a recommendation. She absolutely impressed me with the results I had from it. She definitively provided an excellent service.
