The color is a warm inviting light aqua (erring more on the blue side) with white and beach grey accents. It was very clean and organized. Stepping into the facility, I felt like I was on vacation. She was very consultative and really listened to me. It is the first time i feel like someone was working with me instead of trying to push products or services. I see why all the reviews are so positive! I also booked a facial for my mom and she was of the same opinion as me. She also made my mother's skin look really beautiful. When I went in it was not a nice atmosphere no music or nice smell. I have sparse eyebrows so I told her just to follow the line and not pluck or wax off to make then thinner. She did a horrible job and put dye where I have no hair and did not even trim the brows. Now I have dark brown almost black hair dye on my eye brows and down the sides. My hair is blonde ??? This is the case with the Vic Spa. We had made spa reservations for my wife and two friends who were in town to have their nails done the day after New Years Day. The day of New Years Day one of our friends received bad news regarding a family member and had to book an urgent flight back home that evening. The day of the spa treatment which was the next day our other friend woke up not feeling well. She wanted to give it a bit to see if she would maybe feel better but did not so we called the Vic Spa to inform them of the situation and that we would need to cancel the three appointments. They informed us that they would still have to charge us as it was less than 24 hours notice. I'm not sure how we could have given them 24 hours notice since the day prior the service was New Years Day and the entirety of our situation all occurred less than 24 hours before the service. We escalated to their management who still is not empathetic to the situation but did offer to reduce the charges for all three appointments by 50%. I've since read online that others have had similar experiences regarding 24 hour notice at The Vic Spa. In addition to this experience my wife has shared that the couple of times she used the Vic Spa for nails she's had to have them redone in less than a week. We've since found another spa place that has much better service and have not seen issues with nails chipping or flaking. We will continue to use other services like the Vic Kitchen and Bar where we have seen excellent customer service but we will not be back to the Vic Spa and would advise anyone considering them to be ware of their poor service and management.

However, I felt my pedi tech was distracted by another client and tech dispute and forgot to paint my pinky toe. She gave a great deep massage though. I was then shuffled around for my mani. The nail tech was minimally proficient in the cat eye technique and was adamant to sell me her mediocre job. I didn't want to fight it. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best. I felt the overall price was a bit higher for what is typical in this area and type of service. A bit of advice: do not get upset when a client is specific about a particular service. If you cannot meet their desires, just be honest about it. It's better to confidently produce a service that you can offer and have a satisfied customer than one you can't and have a disgruntled customer.
