If you plan to have laser hair removal done, I highly recommend this spa. Go in for a consultation and they can evaluate your condition and estimate # of treatments. One thing that I advise before you commit is to make sure you will have the funds to follow the appropriate treatment schedule. When I first started I would tell them I would call for my next appointment. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
