This was my first time coming here and based on the good reviews, i thought I'd give it a shot! The staff is incredibly friendly and fun! They did my pedicure first, the water was the perfect temperature from the start and she made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job! My only disappointment from the visit was that they didn't have a lot of sugar scrubs or types of pedicures to choose from. I definitely enjoyed what I got, but I have paid the same price at other places and gotten more products and a longer pedicure. They don't use the plastic covers in the pedicure tubs. They didn't make a point to clean it in front of me either which I didn't like. The place and all the instruments used were very clean though, so I'm not terribly concerned. Just some things to keep in mind! As for my manicure, I asked for dip ombré and they turned out better than expected! She knew exactly what she was doing and was confident. I told her I liked a lot of pink, and she even switched what dip color she was using to make it more vibrant without me asking or anything! I talked to pretty much the whole staff while my nails were getting done and I really enjoyed myself! She took a picture afterwards so I'm glad she's proud of her work! The shape is perfect, she took her time making sure they looked as natural as possible. When I was leaving, they made sure my nails were completely dried and put my socks and shoes on for me. This was the WORST service I was afraid. The male nail technician was so nasty and rude because he started putting on the wrong color polish and I told him that was not what I wanted. I do not recommend this place at all. The disrespectful from this male was unacceptable I felt so violated .... Rude and unprofessional. The techs here are not upfront about prices, even when they mess up they will blame it on you for incense the nail was clearly crooked and I notified them of this and they said that they would fix it and then when it was still exactly the same they said it was just my finger when they've done my nails before and everything was fine. read more

What a great salon! I've gone here for about 2 years now (my fiancé lives in the area) and I needed to find a reputable salon that was as good as the one where I'm from in Florida. I found it. My sister and I get our nails done every two weeks. Lately, we have been having trouble finding a quality salon. Where we had been going suffered in the pandemic and lost a lot of their staff. Our last visit there was a nightmare, so we began shopping around. Last Saturday we had appointments for 9:30 AM and arrived around 9:20 to allow time to pick out color We were seated in our pedi chairs at 9:30, but no one attended to us until 10:30....one hour later. By this time, the water had become cold and no one offered to add fresh. The tech that started on me did not introduce herself, but I said good morning and asked her name. She did not answer me, but asked what color I wanted and seemed upset when she realized I had gel polish on my toes. The tech taking care of my sister had her ear buds in and on a private conversation on the phone. She maintained this conversation through the entire pedi, only speaking to my sister when necessary. We both had polish on our skin that wasn't cleaned and brought that to our techs attention. They made no effort to clean it. Also, no plastic liner was placed in the basin, but I did see a tech clean in between clients with Clorox 2 spray. On to our mani's. My tech did a good job shaping the nail, but did not have me wash my hands afterwards, so there was a fair amount of dust left on my hands and nails. I tried rubbing most of it off while she set up her equipment. She did not apply a base coat and I told her without a base coat, the polish doesn't last as long. She ignored what I said and continued. My sister's tech did not extend the polish to the sides or edges of her nails and left huge gaps that were noticeable. Today, the 3rd day after the mani, my edges have all chipped and the polish has rubbed off. To say we were displeased with our service is an understatement. We will not be going back and will continue to search for a nail salon that is better staffed and with a higher quality of service. My bill was $80. I left a tip (not my usual 20%) on top of that because she did a good job shaping and filing my nails. read more

I'm new to Shepherdsville so I needed a new nail place and decided to give this one a try. I went on a Wednesday night. They were pretty busy, but I was greeted immediately. Only had to wait about 15 minutes. Everyone was so nice! I got a regular pedicure and gel polish on my fingernails. Both turned out great! The only thing I would change would be that there were more workers. There were only 4 there when I was there. But I will definitely go back! read more
