Both were on walk-in Saturdays and excellent! I have bad experiences from past tattoos (artists being rude, not listening to me, not getting what I wanted), and both experiences I've had here couldn't have been further from that. Note that they ask you to not take photos inside, the reason is really cool -- they have various original flash drawings (including work from Sailor Jerry and work for Janis Joplin!!!!) that they are protecting and proudly display on the walls. So cool. Piercing was really easy, they have a set earring that they pierce you with and also other pieces you can buy. I bought a ring here for my mom once! Tattoo walk in was also super simple. We walked up and told the person at the door our ideas for our tattoos, they asked us our budget, took our phone numbers, and told us to go carbo load before our tats. They gave us what numbers we were on the list and gave us a rough estimate of time. We left a $20 deposit to save our spot that went towards our total at the end. We were called (there were 3 of us) separately and only one person is allowed to go in at once. I think this is a Saturday exclusive rule because it's a smaller shop and they are getting people in and out of that door quick. When I was called, I hadn't eaten recently enough, so I ran and grabbed some donuts from the gas station down the street. I came in and sat at the corner while my artist sketched my idea. She showed me the sketch and I gave a quick edit, then we were on our way to sitting at her station. She prepared the spot on my arm and placed the tattoo outline for me to check if I liked the placement. I wanted it to be a little further down and she happily changed the placement for me. The tattoo took less than 10 minutes! She wrapped me up in saniderm, gave me an aftercare sheet and a sticker, and showed me some of Janis Joplin's flash on the wall (like, WOW.) I didn't specify my budget beforehand and she priced my tattoo at $80. I paid the remaining $60 (after my deposit) and left a $20 tip. I had a wonderful experience. A note about walk in saturdays -- you are totally at the mercy of which artist is available at the time. That's the name of the game. If you have a certain artist you'd like to book with, they are happy to make an appointment and have you come in on another day.

I'd say the shop itself was small with no frills but the artists are what make the business anyway. Very patient , very informative, and sterile. My 14 year old daughter was getting her second hole pierced and Danny made sure the location was approved along with setting her at ease the entire process. Post op instructions were verbal and written. It was better than to be expected and recommend to anyone considering a piercing to go to this shop. Very knowledgeable and experienced! Aesthetically I am very unhappy! I am a full cup larger than what was agreed upon before surgery. I am lopsided and my nipples are not in a line and almost in my armpits. It takes a very structured and uncomfortable bra to hide this. My scars are thick and uncomfortable as well. Dr. Rishavy said my nipples are a little off but overall thought it a good surgical result and I can redo the surgery if I want.

My Microblading experience with Taylor…read more I love Gwen Stefani so much so that in the 1990s, I hacked my eyebrows and unfortunately, they never grew back in as thick as they once were. I think many of us have a similar story. After doing some research online I found Ms. Taylor Jaye. During my consultation, she was detail oriented and a great listener to my brow needs and goals. She gave me many options and we came up with a fantastic game plan. Taylor is a brilliant make-up artist and mapped out my brows better than I could ever do!!!! She is also very considerate and made sure I was comfortable. She numbed my eyebrows and started my session. I was very comfortable the entire time. All I felt was gentle pressure and light scratching. She did multiple passes over my brows for my initial appointment and at the end when I looked in the mirror I was so happy with the results. The healing Tatt Salve, Cleanser and Toner is a must have and ensured that my healing process was successful. I was also very mindful of her post care instructions. After I healed from my 1st appointment, I had my touch-up and now thanks to Taylor, I'm brow ready at all-times! I can't thank her enough. Her skills are an industry game changer.
