Aesthetically I am very unhappy! I am a full cup larger than what was agreed upon before surgery. I am lopsided and my nipples are not in a line and almost in my armpits. It takes a very structured and uncomfortable bra to hide this. My scars are thick and uncomfortable as well. Dr. Rishavy said my nipples are a little off but overall thought it a good surgical result and I can redo the surgery if I want.

I had lots of skincare products I had just purchased that I loved and had been using for a long time and my skin was in good condition so she showed me without pushing one bit. The facial made my good skin glow in the best way (as a complement to my glowing personality hahaha!) I'm about to book another appointment, this time for a pedicure. I'll let you know how it goes. But how this business is run is extremely unprofessional. They rarely answer their phone, do not respond to emails at all, and they make appointments that they cannot promise. I've dealt with the manager asking me to move my appointment with her because she didn't get time off at her other job. If she knew she would be working elsewhere that day I'm confused as to why she let me schedule an appointment in the first place. I've also dealt with the manager saying an appointment wasn't in their system, when I spoke with her literally the day before, and a confirmation text was received. When I asked for the owners contact info, I was told that she would contact me the next day. It's been almost a week now and I have not been contacted; which is unfortunate because if I was a business owner, I would want to know if my business wasn't being ran appropriately. I'm a brand new customer and all of this unprofessionalism happened within a single weeks time. I'm extremely disappointed because I was going to consider them for bridal/bridal party makeup for my upcoming wedding, but I would never chance my special day with this unreliable business.
