My husband and I are regular customers here. I get my nails done and he gets a pedi. Until today! I need to have a medical test done today that requires a sensor on one figure. The test must be done this weekend. I went in this morning and asked them to remove one nail for me. They refused to work me in today and said I would have to make an appointment for Monday. I told them I can't wait until Monday and it will only take a few minutes for them to remove one nail. Nope! So I went to the competition down the street. They were so nice! Took me right back and it literally took 5 minutes for them to remove it. They even refused to charge me for it, but I left her a nice tip. I will go there from now on! Shame on Angel Nails for horrible customer service. read more

I have had nothing but excellent service with Angel Nails! They have gone above and beyond to meet my requests for services. I absolutely love the gel polish that I have done on my nails. This lasts much longer than regular polish - further the artistic designs the nail techs are able to perform are not only unique, but creative and beautiful! Did a combination of pedicure and manicure today with a friend. I chose the hot stone pedicure with dipped nails. My technician was Lori, she did a wonderful job with the pedicure but my manicure was a mangled mess. The shaping wasn't too terrible but she was a bit rough to where she made me bleed on a few nails. Lastly, she didn't clean up very well, I still had a lot of product left under my nails and on my skin. The salon was over well kept and clean. Staff was very cordial and nice as well. read more

I've been going to Angel Nails for 4 years, and they do a great job! Whenever I go somewhere else I end up disappointed. I have stiletto acrylics and I typically don't do a design. The staff is great at color matching and Trang is fast, friendly, and will order in special materials if you need. read more

All of that techs (except for one) do a really good job and are personable. What I didn't like was that I always waited 20 minutes or likely more past my appointment time. Once I came in just after a girl who had an appointment 15 minutes after mine. Since her name was before mine on the sign in sheet, she was seen first (20 minutes before her appointment). Why have appointments if you take it who signs in first? read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! What a mistake to go here. My daughter and I went on together for gel manicures. My technician would tend to my nails in between watching Friends on TV. My daughter opted to have gems put on in addition to the gel, which of course cost extra which is fine. But by the end of the day the gems had fallen off 2 hands. This was not due to overuse, as we had gone straight from the salon to a restaurant for lunch. So disappointing considering we spent about $70. Since then I've gone to buy my own gems from Walmart and attached them with nail glue. I'll never go here again. read more

I absolutely love this salon. They have some of the friendliest and most understanding staff I've encountered. Understanding because I can be rather picky and their patience and attention to detail always leave me feeling incredibly excited about my nails! Sometimes I like them rather long, and sometimes not, but the quality is always perfect. They are great about last minute scheduling, nail fixes when I break one, and wonderful conversation while in the salon. I've tried nearly every salon in the area and Angel Nails is by far the best. Their nails look the best, are the most even, last the longest, and come with the best customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars! I've never left here unsatisfied. My two daughters, granddaughter and myself had pedicures about one and a half weeks ago. After a few days, the gel polish came off of two of my toes and four of my granddaughters. We spent $200 between us! When I went back to have them repair mine, they pretty much ignored me. I was told it was probably from the light that you have to use to harden the polish, that's why the polish fell off. I guess it wasn't working. No one ever said they were sorry for the inconvenience! I waited 25 minutes for my appointment and they still weren't helping me. I was told that "couldn't I see they were really busy". I told them they shouldn't of scheduled me for that time If they were so busy . It is 35 miles, through construction, for me to get there. I will not return. When I was leaving, the owner told me to have a nice day, after never apologizing for the poor service!! read more

I went to school for cosmetology. Got a mani pedi done here. And let me say just don't or ask for someone with good reviews. Still have callouses. Rushed through it. Five second leg massage. The mani gel nails were worse!! Did not have me wash hands before (unsanitary). Took my cuticles down so low started bleeding on one finger have the polish all over outside of nail on my fingers. Did not do this per layer globbed on with a sponge. Plus a mani should have a hand massage. With lotion that was not included. Absolutely not impressed zero star if could. These people have to go to school for this stuff so they know and just don't care is ridiculous should be shut down and zero client consultation!! Terrible read more

Worst nail experience of my life. I was excited to try out a new salon for a full set for an important event. I went in and asked for a PINK french tip and left with unclean looking, uneven, unsatisfactory, PURPLE painted nails, - no french tip. I called back when I got home and asked for the possibility of coming in to get them redone with a different nail tech which seemed like no problem. When I went in for a second time I was given the same nail tech after being promised a different one, and the same unsatisfactory nail job leaving me no choice but to call and see if a refund was an option. The manager did not handle the situation professionally telling me it was my miscommunication and a refund was not a possibility. I will most likely be heading to another salon before my event and getting a completely new set of nails and never paying another visit or offering a recommendation to this salon again. read more

I would come to this salon every 2 weeks. I'd make my appointment, show up on time, and tip nicely too even when I disnt 100% like my nails. Today is the last straw. I went and got my nails done 3 days ago. My nail technician was great. I left feeling good about my nails. 2 HOURS later they started to chip. Not just one nail but 3 of them. I had called back wondering what they could do for the situation. They offered for me to either come in and have it fixed or a credit of $10 for my next visit. I live pretty far away from this salon and have to travel to it everytime I make my appointments so I thanked them and said the $10 was fine because I knee I'd be back. I went and got them fixed at another salon that cost me $10. The very next day my nails start chipping again.(the nails that were not fixed by the other salon) So I call back and let the manager know what is happening and asked for a refund so I could just get the nail color off and fixed somewhere else because I don't have the time to travel to them and have them fix it. She said NO. I asked why and she said it was because the nails didn't cure properly. How is that my fault??? My nails that got done THREE days ago should not look like they're a month old with chips in them. So I'm not allowed a full refund because their nail polish was not set right. So instead I get to go drop another $50 on a different salon. I 100% will not be back because of this experience. There are a handful of very nice and helpful technicians there but in the end if the manager is going to be unfair and rude when inhave an issue..count me out. read more
