They showed me the scalp analysis in the beginning it was 3 mins really quick, didn't really elaborate what was going on. Good experience for the first time, probably wouldn't try again since I didn't know what it would be like. I would say when it came to the shampooing that's where the massage was present. It was soothing and relaxing. The standard shampoo they used was so relaxing, heavy scented tea tree oil and mint. It was cooling on my scalp. Pet peeves: Towards the end, they dry your hair with their hair dryer. They do use a communal hair brush because the there were previous customer hair strands still on the brush. I would notify them if you would like to skip using their brush. OR you can bring your own brush to brush your hair. When I was guided into the room they started the water fountain machine.
