She can work with any shape. I have taken many people to her and they love her work as well. She's very talented and kind. She offers many other services as well. I got my peach fuzz removed as well before. She did an excellent job with that too. I don't have very thick eyebrows as some people do who get threading but, this doesn't hinder her ability. I don't like the thin eyebrow look. Most people who have waxed/thread my eyebrows take them thinner than I like. Keyul doesn't. She is able to leave my eyebrows neat and clean yet as thick as possible. Even with the end of one of my eyebrows not having a lot of hair she can accomplish what I want. When she finishes her work on my eyebrows you're able to distinguish my brows. It truly makes a difference in my appearance. Also, I like her attention to detail. Keyul shapes your hairs in a way that makes it possible for your eyebrows to look great no matter what direction your eyebrow hair is going. I'm able to brush my hair and do a traditional look or I can comb the hair up and do the "clean girl brow" look. 11/10 service I highly recommend

The service was quick, she was incredibly friendly, and she genuinely understood my whole eyebrow journey. We even laughed about why it took me so long to come to her. The threading didn't hurt like other places, and she was so precise. For $25, it truly can't be beat. I even told her she should charge more, but she explained how she tries to stay mindful of her clients and the cost of living. That alone says so much about her character. I arrived approximately at 12:32pm, as I arrived i was questioned if I had an appointment I then advised her yes at the time scheduled above Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy then stated that she was unaware of my appointment and asked if i made it before i arrived i said it was still open on her website and I wanted to get into her chair without the hassle of having to walk in to sit and wait, but since i had an appointment she refused to honor my appointment due to me making an appointment online which the client before did not have and told me i would have to wait after clients whom appointment times were after mine. When I asked if my appointment will be honored she talked down to me in front of her customers and mocked that i placed an appointment online even though the website had it available. Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy was totally unprofessional and made me feel very low for going by her rules that she set in place. I have a lot of hair, so I usually talk to the threader for a couple minutes about the shape I'm going for. Otherwise, it could go in many different directions. She understood immediately what I wanted. She actually taught me a little more about what shapes would look best on my face. She also waxed my lip and I barely felt anything. Had a monthly membership and for a while, I was going every month. Then I didn't go for a few…read moremonths which became more than a year. I looked at my credit card bill today and the price increased over last month with no notice. When I called to cancel, I was told you have to email the member email and wait a month. If you get charged again then you can come in one last time. WHAT? Looked at the website and there is NOTHING in their Terms and Conditions or anywhere on the site as to how to cancel. Called the corporate office in Jacksonville and was told again that email is the only way. There is only one person who handles the cancellations and he doesn't have her phone number. She calls him directly but he can't call her. This is the most ridiculous way to handle cancellations I have ever heard of. Great gatekeeping.
