Asha was AMAZING. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her or my entire experience. She is an extremely kind lady, and extremely talented at what she does. She explained the entire process before we started- what she was going to do (down to how she mixed the color and everything), what to expect during the procedure, what to expect in the next few days, and what to expect in the following weeks. She made absolutely sure that I liked the shape of what I was going to get before she would start. She asked my input many times and tweaked the design a couple of times before we were happy with them. Again, she was very kind and very patient. She then gave me my own little mirror to watch the whole process if I wanted to. Even though she had explained everything at the beginning, when she started the process she explained everything she was doing, again, as she was doing it so I wouldn't be anxious or unprepared. The service is phenomenal and I love the people who work there. They are genuinely some of the nicest, most accommodating people. I have been seeing Darimar for my lashes and she always does a wonderful job. She is the sweetest and I am always happy with the way my lashes turn out! Booking appointments is super easy and efficient as well. Everything can be completed on their website. You can even request the technician/specialist you want to see. They do require you to put a small deposit down to confirm your appointment. Although this is factored into the total cost of your service, and therefore is deducted when you pay after your appointment. I have never had any issues booking appointments and they will work with you if you need to adjust the time for an appointment (up to a certain time in advance). They do have a strict cancelation policy, but this is clearly stated on their website. Again, I have never had any problems with this and think it is very fair! Overall, The Beauty Factory is a wonderful beauty salon in Gainesville. The service is above and beyond. All the ladies working there are so friendly and their services are personalble. I always look forward to visiting when I get my lashes done because I feel welcomed. Darimar does a fantastic job on my lashes and I always leave so happy!
