First off the receptionist is absolutely atrocious, she has no idea what she's talking about and makes you feel horrible. Dr. Morissette does what the patient wants not what's best for the patient. He is a doctor and should know what would be too large or two small for someone's face and doctors should guide the patient into a decision that makes sense. I also feel that he should have had an office visit with me before walking by the me in the surgery room telling me he was going to add a combination of implants size XL to my cheeks. I Never discussed this with him in an office visit!Unfortunately, everything that Dr. Morissette did turned out horrible, and I was botched I spent $12,000 and now it is hard for me to leave the house . Dr. Morissette is a very nice man but unfortunately I had an awful experience that I have to live for the rest of my life. Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and made my mom feel comfortable every step of the way. The Emsella chair itself was easy and comfortable for my mom to use. She went for a full round of treatments and while it wasn't a complete cure, it made a meaningful difference. My mom noticed she wasn't needing to go as often, had better control than before, and it became an important part of the overall treatment plan that helped improve her quality of life. One of the biggest changes was at night. Before treatment, she was getting up three or four times every night to go to the bathroom. After completing the treatments, she was sleeping much better because she wasn't waking up nearly as often.
