I booked a massage here because my friend gave me a gift card on Spa Finder and this location showed up! I was in dire need of a massage. When I called I specifically asked for a CBD massage with medium to firm pressure, and they were very accommodating and informative. I booked my appointment online and was so excited to get a massage! I want SO badly to give this place more stars, but the massage itself was mediocre. It was $175 for a 50 minute massage, plus $20, it was about $200! And it literally was $200 for someone just lathering me in CBD oil. I ASKED for medium to firm pressure and even wrote it on the paper, and it wasn't even a massage. I walked out still tense but really oily. I don't plan on coming back especially since it's so expensive for 50 minutes of just being lotioned. I had a massage here about a year ago from a gift card from last Christmas. I've been in the industry for 28 years and it was the worst massage I've ever had. I added LED red light therapy and the therapist didn't even know how to work the light. Had to go get someone to help her, and kept talking the whole time. They recommend treatments for what you need and have all the latest treatments including RFI laser, LED, chemical peels and nourishing masks. I am not thrilled with how my experience went here, at all. I was a new costumer, as well as a new neighbor in town, looking to find a new place where I can get my routine facials and was extremely disappointed. At first glance, I was excited about it. The place is beautiful and receptionist was very nice and accommodating. My esthetician (A), not so much. I'm not sure if she was having an "off" day, which I would understand, we all have those. But what I truly believe is she just simply did not care. I was able to make an appointment at 4:00pm, arrived at 3:50pm to fill out the necessary paperwork, then ended up having to wait until 4:18pm to be taken back into the room. The esthetician was kind but I felt something was off. During the facial, she left the room about 3 different times & changed the music a couple times. I'm sorry, but this should not be done during a service & you should have everything you need prior to the start of a service. It should not be taken time out of a clients time / facial. Being that it didn't start till much later, I figured it would run a little later too to make up for the lost time. It didn't. At exactly 4:58pm it was done. Now, I "received" the 1-2 punch facial which is a 60 minute facial, not 30 minutes. I still ended up paying the full $150 for it too. Lastly, upon leaving, I had asked the esthetician if could add a little more moisturizer so I could at least feel like I had that "glow" look we all crave after a facial. Her response, she handed me a sample of it to take home & do it myself. There was no eye cream applied during the facial or any lip balm either. I felt like the esthetician rushed, was careless, completely distracted & honestly, just didn't care what so ever. I hate leaving bad reviews & debated giving them a call instead but I am just completely at a loss for this place unfortunately. I was treated to a Surprise Spa day from my boyfriend for my Birthday. I had an anti aging facial that was fabulous. Hope was my facialist, she had very gentle hands and my face has never felt so smooth, glowing and soft. Then I went and saw Jennifer. I asked for a CBD massage. I believe this was my fourth time to the spa. Every time my treatments have been phenomenal. I treated my husband for a message and he absolutely loved it. He said it was one of the best messages he has ever had. I also had The Royal Treatment the beginning of December and I can testify that facial was the best I've ever had. Everywhere I went people would ask me what I did stating that I looked amazing. A couple friends even asked if I had anything done as if I've had surgery. I found this place on yelp and decided to go here for a much-needed facial. The aesthetician I met with discussed my skin care concerns with me and made a few recommendations. As far as her service goes, I was pleased. I decided on a double exfoliating treatment which left my face feeling really nice afterwards. The thing I didn't like -and why am giving it only three stars -is because the receptionist badmouthed my dermatologist as I was paying for my treatment when I was about to leave. I don't believe that it makes your business look good when you need to talk bad about the previous professional that was taking care of your client. Also-this woman was much older but had so much work done that looked so unnatural. I'd never seek her opinion on skincare to begin with.
