When you get to the building, the door is locked and you need a code to get in, or she comes and gets you. That made me feel very safe since I would be laying there in a very vulnerable position! Lol! The room was clean, and all equipment was clean and in excellent condition. She was very nice and right away put me at ease. Very knowledgeable about her craft! I used to go and get sugared at a place in Corona that I absolutely loved, but after coming here I don't think I'll go anywhere else as you could tell she really knew what she was talking about, and gave me more information on aftercare, and why our hair grows the way it does. I never knew about a few of the things she told me about and it all made perfect sense and I walked out of there smooth and informed! The care that she gives while actually sugaringing is amazing! She took her time and was as gentle as possible. After the actual sugaring she got in there with tweezers and got a few of the stubborn hairs. I was very happy with the results. I got my underarms done for the first time, and let me tell you how nice it was not to have to shave for almost 6 weeks!!! I will definitely be returning!

I've been getting sugaring for the past 4-5 months up in the Bay Area where they do a much cleaner job. I've reached out to see if they will reimburse me for the over charge so let's see if they do. They charged my full amount on card and claimed I owed a difference during check out which I paid cash so I don't have a receipt of that. Because of these things sorry I cannot recommend.
