So I had a sudden flight and and needed a lash lift & tint, full leg wax and a Brazilian wax. Dawn was kind enough to squeeze me in for all these services the day before my flight. I was beyond grateful. And the wonderfully amazed because she did an absolutely amazing job! The lash lift and tint was wonderful and lasted about 8 weeks. Dawn makes sure to give you care instructions for them so they last as long as possible. However, it is important to know that it (the solution) may burn your eyes during the application (though Dawn takes absolutely every precaution to prevent/minimize this) and if your lashes are crossed naturally, the procedure may make it look like a little gap in your eyelashes (which again Dawn will try to minimize as much as possible). All the waxing I got done was fast, efficient and mostly painless (although I do have a high pain tolerance). And Dawn makes sure you don't feel embarrassed or more exposed than necessary. It's basically a "safe space" lol. Parking is on a residential street; and make sure to try to park on the same side as the spa to respect the neighbors on the other side. This place is amazing! From the exterior of the building to the service! This place is breathtaking. This location is not like your ordinary Spa, it's not dark and shady looking inside. It has this welcoming airy, linen feel, spacious rooms so that you are not bumping into the walls or beds. Words can't describe this place! I visited this business on several occasions and even though on Yelp states is open when I got there it's doors were closed locked every time with no signs of been open. I called the number listed not only on their web page but on the outside billboard and also listed on Yelp with no one to answer. I left multiple messages in the voice mail as instructed on the outgoing message and didn't get a response to those. Apparently the only way to get any help is thru the web page and that's only to buy and book/scheduled yourself the services as you will never get the help from an actual living person. If this is how this lady runs her business, there are plenty more in town that I can go where I actually can talk and ask questions and receive answers so I can get the services/packages that I need. Which is exactly what I did. Others may like this type of impersonal service but I still prefer the more personal approach of the face-to-face service! read more

Dawns skincare is located in Downtown Grants Pass, very easy to find and great parking. The building is very warm and inviting. I received a Pumpkin facial and it was amazing! The smell was wonderful and my face feels so clean and fresh. I got a Brazilian wax and she got every last hair with very minimal pain. I'm bummed I don't live in the area or she would be my new go to esthetician.
