I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.

She looked at something on my brow line and said you have a hemangioma, then went onto look elsewhere. I interrupted her and said, "Um, no, that's not a hemangioma, that's a curling iron burn!" How can you not see a scab over a hemangioma? I asked her to look at some bumps between my breasts, and she looked so fast and said milia, how can you know that by a quick one second look, not exaggerating!
