After a week of having white streaks from a botched highlight job, and several rescheduled appoints due to her schedule, she was still going to charge me to fix it. Cierra text me back finally at 11 o'clock pm to tell me to come in at 5 for an opening and then two hours before my appointment she asked me to come in earlier. I already had to take off work early to make it for the 5 o'clock appointment and couldn't leave any earlier. Running a few minutes behind (10 minutes to be exact) of her new "scheduled time" for me she refused to fix my hair because I was late. I do not recommend this salon.
