At first I would have gave them a 4 star rating but after my flooring in my kitchen has started coming apart and I have been calling asking about the warranty on the flooring and the install I have got the run around. I have been calling every week since August 22, 2024 asking for my flooring in my kitchen to be repaired. The flooring is coming apart at the seems and a few pieces of the flooring is peeling. I have 2 boxes of the flooring that can be used to do the repairs. The manager states that she has called the guy who installed my floors every time I call but he has yet to reach out to me. I have called 7 times. 5 times I spoke to the manager and twice I had to leave a message, my call was not returned either time. I also sent an email through their web site on September 17th with no response as of yet. I feel that my flooring, which I spent a lot of money on, should last more than 3 years. I feel like I have been ignored about my issue. I did not list the managers name or the contractor who put my flooring down because I still have faith in my fellow human beings that the flooring in my kitchen will be repaired.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Hall to design my living room and dining…read moreroom.  I will admit I was hesitant to hire a professional designer.  I had existing pieces I wanted to work in, my budget was limited, and I needed function over beauty.  I knew this would be a challenge for any professional.  Elizabeth arose to the occasion and exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, she made this large project seem less intimidating.  We emailed back and forth and set up a date to have an initial phone call.  I told her the scope of the project and how we were in the middle of a massive renovation.  Elizabeth asked lots of questions and set up a game plan.  She took the time to really understand us and what we wanted.     I will admit our budget and style made this a challenging project.    On top of that, we had dogs to consider as well as family members with special needs. In the design phase we communicated via emailed, text and had a few phone calls.  She was never frustrated with all the emails or messages I sent.  Elizabeth took the time to do all the leg room with local furniture companies.  We were able to go in, asked for a certain salesperson and test out the sofa/chairs etc.  It cut down the shopping process immensely. On our presentation day we did not really have high expectations.  Until this point, she had been super helpful and agreeable...almost too agreeable.  I can honestly say we were blown away.  Elizabeth captured everything we wanted, even the one-off comments I had made that I didn't remember.  The rooms are not only a show piece, but they are also a functional representation of us!  She presented a beautifully detailed 3D rendering with a few options.  The mood boards really helped as well.  Most importantly she provided me with a detailed list of what to buy, from where and stayed within our budget.  I cannot wait until the rooms are finished and we can work together again.  I plan on using her for 5 more rooms in the future.  I have complete confidence the experience will be nothing less than amazing.
